Luke at the Preston store is a gem with a tone of knowledge he even helped me load them in the car. Highly recommend there adjustables, iv looked into them for a while now and after talking to Luke and seeing them on display I had to purchase them. Very happy.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff
I was in your Holden Hill store yesterday looking for something to help me improve my forearm strength. I found the staff there to be very friendly and helpful, Sherri came up with some strength grips which I purchased and also showed me some exercises I could do with dumbbells. Overall it was a really good experience and I felt very comfortable with the help I received, thank you very much.

I purchased the CX2 in 2023 as a…
I purchased the CX2 in 2023 as a long-term investment in a premium strength system. The unit itself is solid.
What I did not expect was how quickly the model would be superseded, and how completely upgrade pathways would end once discontinued.
There are no certified cross-compatibility options, no adapters, and no transition support for existing owners — even where newer models share very similar structural design.
After follow-ups and allowing additional time for the company to check availability, no practical solution was offered.
For commercial gyms that purchase fully configured systems upfront, this may not be an issue. For individual buyers who expand gradually, however, the effective lifespan of the upgrade ecosystem may be much shorter than expected.
Private customers should clarify compatibility policies and model lifecycle expectations before committing to a purchase.
