Shipping experience
Shipment was giving some bad feelings and returned back to parcel office 2times otherwise great to order beautiful jewelries. Customer service assistant was very helpful and took care my issue very politelly through email and solved my problem quickly.

Love my jewelry!
I bought three pieces of jewely from Dyrberg /Kern by postorder with 10% introductory discount. I am really pleased with the jewelry but the one thing I was not satisfied with was that after a week, I had not gotten any notice from Dyrberg Kern about the package number so I could track my package. When I finally wrote to them to ask them where my package was, it had been waiting at the post office for THREE days and I didn't even know it. Please, in the future, make sure that all customers get their tracking number on the dispatch e-mail.

Great products and service - terrible website
I bought two beautiful necklaces that looked even better in real life than in the pictures. The delivery (to another country in my case) was very quick and the packaging was perfect.
The only trouble I had was with the actual website, there is no way you can browse on the website, it is extremely slow even for a very fast internet connection, and it will be too painful to try to find products that way. The way I discovered the necklaces was through google. The purchasing process was ok, no problem here. However, when I had completed my purchase I realise that the annoying blinking banner on top is trying to give me a discount of 10%, which I completely missed out on since blinking banners are ads in my eyes and in my mind no one would never use them for something important (banner blindness).
So - really great products, but difficult to browse and to actually discover them.

Quick and easy
The ordering process was easy and I received my earrings quickly. Only complaint is that the website does not give enough information about the different earrings. (There is no way to tell the how the size differ from different models.)

Beautiful product and quick order processing and delivery
Thank you. For my favorite Louise earnings I would love to buy further two pairs in real silver and real gold, not metal version only. Metal version still gives allergy effect to me after two days of wearing (it is still good as all other metal earnings I can wear 4 hours maximum). But I love this Louise model so much. Please manufacture them in pure gold and silver than I can wear them everyday as I love them !
