No quality control?!?
The hoop earings I ordered were below substandard...I can't even believe that they were sent in such a poor state...the metal was tarnished/mottled and the hoops were bent out of shape...I now have to waste my time returning an item that should have never of passed quality control and should have been disposed!!...I will not take the risk and order from dyrbergkern.com ever again!

Had to return as it was broken
Ordered previously and was really pleased. For my most recent order one of the earrings was damaged so I had to return. I am still waiting for my refund and it cost me £13 to return the shipment. Compared with other online sites it was difficult to return, no pre printed or pre paid labels. Will definitely influence my decision to purchase in the future.

I think Dyrberg/Kern has great and fast service. However, I think I paid double for the delivery of the goods. On the bill I was notified that I had paid for delivery, however when I was to pick up the goods I had to pay one more time for the delivery. I am very satisfied with the product.
