Easy ordering, quick delivery, great price. Although the returns policy is not very clear and didn't know procedure if the part i wanted didn't fit which made me worry about ordering it. Turns out i need not have worried as it fit perfectly. If you simply tell me i can and how to return something that won't fit before i buy it i will use you again for sure.

Having a Cube Touring electric bike myself I was interested in buying a similar bike for my wife. I found e-bikeshop by chance and saw that they were having a sale. I quickly ordered the bike for my wife as it was an excellent price and to my amazement it came a few days later, already prepared with just the handlebars and the pedals removed to fit it into a box . Re-attaching them was simple and everything worked perfectly (and still is) I could not have had better service and would thoroughly recommend anyone to buy from e-bikeshop.
