Glenn was extremely friendly and helpful, and delivered our bikes rather than send by courier. The bikes were already made up ready for use. Due to the weather and other commitments we have not been able to use them yet, but Glenn advised us if we have any questions in the future, we can always contact him.

I would give 100 stars for this Company!
I bought my bike from them this year.
The battery shorted and the bike wasn't useable.
I emailed Glenn from E-Go yesterday (22/10/24)
He said he would only be available tomorrow morning to look at the bike. That was fine and we agreed a visit today (23/10/24)
Sure enough he turned up at 0830 and fixed the battery unit.
What I didn't know is that he had travelled all the way from Kent (I live in Great Yarmouth). It took him about 2 hours 40 minutes!!
What outstanding service. A million percent recommend this Company

Amazing company. Glenn is super helpful, goes above and beyond. We have bought 2 bikes from him. The ego lite new model and the older model. Really light compared to other electric folding ones.
We bought previously an Apollo pedal assist from Halfords which was great, apart from the folding catches coming loose while you are peddling and more cumbersome, harder to fold. As soon as we had the comparison we decided to sell it and exchange for one of these!
Also if you have long covid (which hubby and I both do!) - it’s a game changer- I can’t tell you how much joy we both get from being able to get out and about again.

Glen at e-go is very responsive and helpful. The only issue is I am on my second replacement back wheel. Nothing to do with Glen, just the bike part's don't last very long in the UK climate.

Excellent customer service, we had a problem with the back light, but a quick email and a new one was sent out next day. We have had the bike around 7 months now and super happy with it. (E-Go Max) Only thing I would say is if you are using it everyday, would be to get an upgrade of tires as we had a few punchers in the first few months before changing them.
Have recommended the service and the bike multiple times now.

I lost the keys to my seat locking bracket. I emailed Glenn who was very efficient at explaining to me what my options were. Once we had sorted what it was I needed, he had the replacement part to me within a day of postage.
