Excellent personalised service from this small company. Glenn was very attentive with pre-order enquiries and after bike ordered. Bike arrived exactly when promised, well packaged and ready to ride, with mudguards and rack already fitted. Very pleased with quality of bike and information available on website.

Only a small replacement but as always with e-go the query was dealt with fast, efficiently, and accurately.

Very speedy delivery and quick response to emails even on Bank Holiday.

I bought my E-go Lite bike in 2020 and am so glad that I chose it! Not only was the bike a great buy during the pandemic, it continues to serve me well on my commute. It folds well and is super light, yet is still robust. Battery range is also decent.

I have been even more impressed with the excellent customer service I’ve received (Thanks Glenn) in terms of after sales.

I have since recommended E-go to 2 others who have purchased their own E-go bikes (the larger versions of mine) and I’ve heard good things too!

Exceptional customer service from even before I had purchased the bike!
My enquiries were always speedily responded to, sometimes within a matter of hours.
Additionally, there's the same exceptional courteous service after my bike was delivered fully assembled!
I cannot thank Glenn enough for just being the ever-accommodating, always-willing-to-help kind of guy.
No regrets whatsoever, but even better the bike turns heads wherever I go!

Can honestly say these bikes are great! Ours are now 3 years old, generally stored & thrown around on a boat & surviving in salty air with no problems. What I like most is they are so easy to construct when ashore & very intuitive to use when cycling off on adventures. We went for the Lite + & the 20” inch wheels & additional gears means there’s nothing we can’t tackle.

We visited Glenn's workshop in September 2023, tested the bike, and then decided to purchase two bikes (E-Go Step for my wife and E-Go Max for myself – pictures below). Glenn helped to unpack and assemble the bikes.

We've been using the bikes for the past two months, and they feel solid, comfortable, and look really nice.

We had an issue with the seat post clamp on the E-Go Step, and Glenn managed to rectify it quickly.

Glenn was extremely helpful, providing excellent communication before and after the sale, and answering my questions.

The bike, company, and after-sales service are all excellent. I can thoroughly recommend them.

I thought I would leave my review a while so I could appraise my Max+ in a ‘real usage’ way.
I am an older, bigger, arthritic hipped guy who lives on a narrowboat continuously.
I can honestly say my Max+ has been a fantastic purchase. It gets me to the shops with ease and takes the strain off my hips when going up hills.
Journeys I would not consider as they would be too painful or slow to walk are now a breeze.
The power kicks in as you peddle and you can really feel the boost. Battery life is plenty for my needs doing mainly short journeys.
I actually end up going further as I enjoy it so much!
The bike feels very solid underneath me and the saddle is comfortable. Putting the bike together was relatively easy apart from one or two fiddly bits but I enjoyed it. Folding the bike is simple and quick once you’ve done it a couple of times. It looks good and I have had some very positive comments.
Personally I would swop the tyres for more ‘rugged’ ones especially if you are going through mud but on the road, grass and grit they are fine. Ego can supply me the tyres I want so that’s great. Parts are also not a problem should you need them.
Communication before and after the sale were and have been excellent.
The only downside is the weight of the bike which is about the same as a bag of coalite.(25kgs or so?). But for me it’s fine and the advantages far outweigh that one downside.
Excellent company, excellent bike which I can thoroughly recommend.

Glenn is extremely helpful and the bike (e go light + ) came next working day it was an ex display so all i needed to do is unfold , put the seat and handle bars to the correct height and off i went , for the 1st ride i did around 5 miles and it was a dream, the 20" wheels make it easier to maneuver round corners etc.
i have used the assist on the bike for hills but apart from that i didn't need it as it has 7 gears which really help ,
i am 5ft 1inch, and the bike height is great for me , my partner is 6ft 1 inch and he also found it very easy to ride
i have lots of arthritis and was still able to fold and carry this bike on a bus to get to work

they are fun, still able to tone and keep fit ,
10 /10 brilliant

I ordered a Lite+ through Cycle to Work scheme. Glenn from E-Go Bike helped me organise the order. He was very quick in responding to my emails and was very informative regarding the order and dispatch process.
My bike required some assembly and Glenn was kind enough to do it for me so after my bike arrived, I had to only charge it.
I placed my order with the scheme on Monday and by Thursday mid day I had my bike!!! Wow, what a great service. Glenn knew what he was doing, he was very professional and reassuring and I was very happy with all the experience. Thank you!
