As we celebrate the holiday, our office and warehouse are closed from April 3-7, resulting in a temporary pause in order processing and inquiry responses.

As mentioned in our Return Policy, which you have accepted before making the purchase, customers are entitled to a full refund of the value of the faulty item or a replacement of it, apart from a refund on the return postage.

The warehouse staff just confirmed receipt of the parcel.

Unfortunately the item is out of stock and we cannot provide a replacement.

We have refunded the amount back to your original payment method.

Please check with your bank, normally it takes 3-5 working days to appear in your account.

My ‘go to’ for all camera gear

This camera (Nikon Z8) is the third camera I have bought from this seller and I have also bought several lenses. This latest purchase took less than a week to arrive which is pretty amazing when you consider the money saved overall. I would not hesitate to recommend e-infinity to any potential buyers. First class service and great communication.
