I called to support team having an issue with my receipt printer. I got a good response and my problem has been rectified with the fantastic support.

I had an issue and called to the technical support and was getting a busy tone, after some time I have got a call from them to know the purpose of my call. I explained my problem to them and they sorted out within no time. Thanks for great service they had provided today...

I had an issue with my cash drawer as it was not firing out when a transaction is been made. I called to the support team and raised a complaint which was sorted brilliantly. There has been a problem with the software and was sorted out quickly. Thanks for the help as it was during my business hours.

The support team is excellent and has good knowledge over the product. They talk very politely and explain everything in detail and very clearly.

Avoid at all cost. Scammers read below the 1 star voting.

Very poor customer service! Took two whole days to sort out a minor fault we had with our till systems. They were very rude and condescending on the phone and kept cutting my calls off. After nearly two days of "trying to fix my problem" I demanded to speak to their manager and they would just cut my call off. I have been with this so called "company" for just over 3 years and have had nothing but problems with them right from the off!!! Please avoid at all costs! I along with my 7 branches will be terminating our business with them asap!!! Very very disappointed! MUST AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

Please, please read the reviews from Dave Henkle, Mr T & Obaid amongst the many one star ratings. They are all 100% accurate.
The 5 star reviews look disingenuous to say the least.
Cancelled their services after a number of years and was told we would have to pay a cancellation fee of £648.
They were unable to produce any documentation which referred to this fee, but have now sent a letter threatening us with a debt collection agency.
Just as a matter of interest - the Final Demand threat was signed by 'Andy King' and when I rang the main switchboard number and later the accounts department, I was informed that no-one of that name worked for the company

I wish I had come to this site before I bought from these sharks. The 1* reviews are accurate to my experiences with this company. Took my money, provided me with a non working system and then an obnoxious and rude responses to my phone calls. 16 phone calls and over 10 hrs of my life gone and I am still £1000 out of pocket, all I have to show for it is something that resembles a Commodore 64. Absolute piece of rubbish. The banner at the top of this site says they have been posting fake reviews on here and if you read the 5* reviews with that in mind, they look suspect. Also why would you trade under two Epos company names? (E-Novations and Epos direct) I think the answer is obvious. Don’t do what I did and throw your money in the bin and lose 10 hrs of your life, buy a proper bit of kit with proper software.

I bought a till system from them about a year ago. I specifically asked the sales lady that I needed just a till system with no extra subscriptions and future payments she assured me that would be the case so I paid up and deleted the subscription bits on their form that they made me sign. Now they are asking me for 432 pounds per year for the coming five years and threatening me for payments because that’s what their terms and conditions says but I never was provided with the terms and conditions and never signed anything which resembled terms and conditions. I shall see them in the magistrates court with all the evidence. I would say to avoid them at all cost.

It was very helpful and knowledgeable session of training for us.The support team guided us over the phone and cleared all my doubts which made me to use all the features of epos system.They were very patient and have very good knowledge over the product.They explained each and every feature In detail.I was totally impressed by their polite.behavior.Thank you very much

BAD, UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE, UNREASONABLE AND RUDE CONDUCT!
That would just be the start of our horrific experience since January 2017.
£5000.00 paid for a website that is not fit for purpose after 8 MONTHS !!
Trying to contact and communicate is always a difficult daily struggle, passed from one person to another. Emails that are bounced back. Telephone connections hung up on.
The list goes on. I will keep reviewing daily.

We were looking for a till for our new shop and after talking to a number of possible suppliers, we settled for Enovations who also trade as Epos Direct. Really wish we hadn't!
I work in IT and so repeatedly asked the salesman, we'll call him A, if there were any ongoing costs attached. He replied no. I asked specifically if this was a perpetual license - he said yes. This means you buy it once and never have to pay any more.
He said that support was optional, but we declined.
We bought the system and it was delivered a month late, delaying the opening of the shop!
After that, all seemed well - until just under a month after we bought it.
It then started nagging us to pay for "maintenance" so we could get a key or it would stop working.
I called and called and just got an Indian girl on the line insisting that every piece of software has to be paid for every year - this of course is a lie.
I quoted the salesman again, saying that it was supposed to be a perpetual license and, after some heavy arguing, eventually was given a key.
They then wrote email after email, phone call after phone call demanding £300 for software maintenance.
Another year went by and now the software has stopped working again.
We were assured when we bought it that there would be NO ongoing costs.
These people are now holding us, a small business, to ransom. If we don't give them £300 then the till stops working.
Well, it is now a brick - worthless junk.
Do not buy from these people. They are liars and thieves!!!

Worst experience from this company. Software does not work.. ALWAYS CRASHING.. Support team is almost non-existent except for 1 or 2. People simply can't communicate is simple plain English. Its been nearly 2 years and the system still DOES NOT WORK. This review was the last thing I intended to do but it is about time. After paying nearly £20000 for a system that is worst at its best, they have locked us out quoting a license key (a monthly subscription of £150 for support (non-existent & Hosting & and has got nothing to do with the system) and I have lost a sale worth £4800. Absolute shambles.. Holding us to ransom thus making us loose a sale. Imagine you have a customer in front of you and you have been locked you to put it through the till and the so called support team takes 4 hours and a lot of shouting to unlock it. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL.. STAY WELL AWAY. PS.. Sales teams are excellent.. they will make you buy..

Using it since last 1 year its performance is amazing. Its Very good product for the best price. Very much impressed by the performance. i am really happy with the product..

very misleading....if you buy a product be prepared to constantly have your hand in your wallet to use it. Also be very wary of being tied in to long contracts. Read all terms and conditions before purchase if they are made available to you. In my opinion very underhanded way of doing business

VERY GOOD SERVICE

Got ripped off few months back with a rubbish software and these guys installed and got me live quick. I have already seen productivity and the software has paid off. The support service could be better but for the monthly payment it's worth the assurance.
