Keep away from them
I purchased a retail software from them less than a year ago and paid full amount around £475. they promised that this is one off payment for life time software license and if you want purchase software maintenance package, there will be extra and i did not purchase maintenance
package.now software is asking on the screen to enter the license key or your software will stop in 28 days. I phone e-novation and surprisingly they are asking me another £432 for license maintenance.so it,s not one off payment as they advertised on their website. when i asked them if i made any agreement with you to pay Any maintainance fee. they said NO.
How can they now demand £432 after less than a year. Be careful with these guys

Fantastic service and best product for restaurants. We have between 4 - 7 systems at each of our restaurants in Docklands, Chelmsford, Reading, Wanstead. We offer takeaway and fine dining and use e-novations complete solution including the waiter pads.
Whenever we have any issues they are on standby 24 hours although its rare we need to call them since the system is robust.

An excellent supplier and solution
We now have e-novations systems throughout our network of branches.
Service is good, they deliver everything in a fixed price. Our incumbent supplier really affected our progress and bottom line with endless charges. Some of our configurations encountered small delays but we were kept Informed. Communication is always key but I was on their backs. I believe that with ally service providers it is essential to apply deadline and pressure.
Product is one of the best in my opinion. We have around 4 to 6 terminals per location with back office. We also use their cloud head office which makes management job so much easier.
Cost isn't cheap and neither expensive compared to all the quotes we received.
Our thanks and credit goes to their senior customer manager based in docklands.
