Don’t have to do so much to gain ur resard

I’ve been a member for 18 months now and I’m very happy, any issues and the staff are helpful and sort things for you.
I have nothing but praise for this site.
Like many things in life, you will only get out what you put in.
I’ve put a lot of effort into this survey site and I am happy with what they have given me back in return.
No you won’t become a millionaire doing this but if you put in the effort it’s well worth what you get out of it.
Thanks e rewards, I look forward to many more years working together.

So easy to earn points and the surveys are quick and interesting

Love earning the nectar points, it was easy to set up a profile and get started.
Generally no issues and it takes less than a minute to find out if your suitable for a survey although occasionally you do answer 90% of the survey and it just disappears or says you not suitable after 15mins.
But a genuine site, easy way to earn and collect piints

I have been a member of e-Rewards for a long time, however, recently it appeared there was a change to E-rewards Nectar which i gladly agreed to, i was not able to use the app and contacted them via email, only to be advised that i had two accounts???? which is against the rules, I fail to see how i can have two accounts using the same email address, i cannot access the first account which has over 14000 points and they are to delete this account, which i do not know how to access, the email address and password only allows me access to one account
TOTALLY RIDULOUS quite clearly their administration issue but i am to lose the poInts.

I have been an e-Rewards member for almost 10 years and for most of that time would have given a resounding five stars, but recent changes have left me disillusioned. The number of available surveys has shot up, but most are very poorly rewarded and only materialise after annoyingly repetitive qualifying questions. Worse still, the estimate for completion is often misleading. A survey billed as five minutes ends up taking 15 or 20 minutes instead. Bizarrely, many of these 50-point surveys are described as 'high reward'.

The introduction of a weekly bonus earlier this year was a step in the right direction, but the average pro rata payment for surveys seems to have dropped dramatically. I feel the company owe members an explanation. I can't be the only person affected.

Terrible, keeps telling me I’m using the wrong password to login ( I definitely am not ) says it will send an email to reset my password which I never receive ( it is not in my spam ) then it suddenly lets me in then it does it again !

This is a good way to earn nectar points however some of the surveys take 20 minutes of your time, then come up with you are not a match and the survey says it is only 20 minuets long and you end up with 10 points instead of the 200
The company whose has done the market research has your answers and time and rewards you with only 10 points

Really good survey app. Quick and easy to build up enough points to swop for nectar points.

Have been using this for a couple of months now. Great way to build nectar points.

I have just tried to redeem vouchers for the first time. The process is shockingly slow andintrusive requiring you to send them photo id and selfie. After going through the long process I got a message saying there is a bug in e rewards system. Looks like I may have wasted hours of time completing surveys

Absolutely brilliant and quick to exchange to nectar points.

Really straightforward criteria, easy to fill in and access surveys. Let's you know early on if you don't match criteria to not move forward or waste time

Its a good way of earning a few extra nectar points for xmas. Only let down is surveys closing early when you've spent 20+ minutes. Estimated completion times usually being at least half the time it actually takes.

joined this through nectar to earn some points but they want personal id and documents though veriff i do not have these documents and even if i did i would not be giving it this is another survey company i have to stop using its ridiculous your a survey company what do you need person id its not like your making thousands its so wrong asking for such personal id glad i only had a few points on there to lose as only ever had one survey anyway since i joined at least 1 year ago

I have collected many points from completing surveys but I cannot redeem them for a reward. Customer service does not want to solve the problem. I advise everyone not to use e-rewards.co.uk

Great no problem easy earning

Did my first survey with the promise of nectar points, still not received, then two days later my £91 worth of nectar points have been used on my nectar account in another part of the country, that money was for Christmas shop. Coincidence?
