Vertical Cable guide project
The parts were shipped and received in a timely manner. The packaging was really good and all parts were present.
The website had great assembly instructions and helped me complete my project easily.

No overnight/ one day services
I paid more for shipping to get it shipped overnight than I did for the items. The items not going to arrive till 4 Days later. I would like and expect a refund for the overnight shipping costs.
Update: e-Rigging did provide a refund for the overnight shipping. I do understand UPS has some ownership in this. As a customer paying a premium for overnight shipping, placing order midday Thursday and not receiving until following Monday, does not to me warrant the excessive time to deliver. I do appreciate e-Rigging's customer service and their refunding the overnight shipping

UPS Next Day Air is business days only. We have refunded the shipping cost to the customer due to a one day delay in shipping.

All other vendors offered 1 1/4" rope…
All other vendors offered 1 1/4" rope in 50' lengths at best. I found a 100' roll but after shipping it was almost as costly as this 200' roll. Even with shipping this was a best buy. The color is awesome. This rope is substantial and easy to work with. My project turned out great. My order was acknowledged and shipped immediately and received in 3 days. All positive experience.
