We do want to clarify a few things for anyone reading this review. We serve thousands of customers, and our business thrives because our customer service is consistently strong. So seeing a negative review like this was genuinely surprising — especially after we explained over the phone that the delay was entirely on Evri’s side, not ours.
Your order was fulfilled on the same day and dispatched immediately, exactly as promised. Once a parcel is collected by the courier, the delivery timeframe is unfortunately out of our hands. As shown in the tracking, the parcel moved through Evri’s network and was eventually delivered.
Throughout the process we monitored your tracking and provided all the information made available to us. We did everything within our control to assist.
We’re always here to help our customers quickly and professionally — even when courier delays make things difficult — and we hope this gives others reading a clearer picture of the situation.

Brilliant online vape traders. Can't fault the service, they were the only online store that had a supply of the vape pods I was looking for and offered a discount for multi buys. Absolute fantastic company
Absolute fantastic company. Ordered a few times from here and every time the delivery is pretty much next day/2 days. The last time I ordered a disposable vape and unfortunately it was a bit faulty inside but that is bound to happen sometimes with disposables, so they have sent me another one free of charge, which I am very satisfied about. Just all round a brilliant company.

I won't ever use another company...Great commutation, good quality products, great deals..
