Very professional Company
Fast response time to queries and order was dispatched on the first working day of the order. Phoned me to confirm my order as I made a mistake and helped me avoid any charges, so I can tell they do value their customers. Products are of a good quality and there are no problems with my vapes and they are a good price. 10/10 recommend and will be buying from them again in the future!

3 Star Is Reasonable For Me
Last order were half non working vapes, couldn't return because it's been over a day.. So they expect you to go through all the Disposable vapes within a day to report any issues? But, I am a regular so I thought I'll give them another try.. Well, I ordered at 9am on a Friday and paid for the £9.99 Delivery to come Saturday. Is it coming today no it is not. So explain to me why am I paying £9.99 when it's not coming the day It was advertised to come on...
E-Sheesh are usually pretty decent, but last few times I've ordered It's been totally crap. It would been 5/5 but since the issues, I think 3/5 Is fair.

HI Megan , sorry you feel this way. we try our best and as you stated you have never had issues in the past. All orders are despatch same day by 2.30. We use Royal Mail and unfortunatley the delivery part is down to them, we dont have a say in this. We,as promised did our part and got your order despatched on time. To point out, before you got intouch with us, we honoured the fact that as you paid for RM Guarenteed delivery and as this was not recived on time, we refunded the £9.99 straightaway when we realised this.
Anyway sorry about the rant but its only right that we reply/state our side of the story too.

Great customer service,I always buy my vapes from this company,one was faulty and when i got in touch with them they replaced this straight away.
