They sent me a cheaper 4 pack of vape…

Ordered a 4 back of cailburn G3 vape pods They instead sent me a cheaper 4 pack of vape pods. that didn't fit my vape. Just terrible and annoying . Not worth sending back for a refund like the offered in a email. Wasted 20 euro

Buy from these guys if you want to get the wrong stuff in the mail. Order at your own risk.

I had a terrible experience with this store. I ordered online and asked in advance about delivering it to a pickup point. They first told me they ship wherever I want, then they provided incomplete and misleading information. Their website didn’t allow selecting a pickup point or adding delivery notes, even though I had asked for instructions before purchasing. In the end, I never got my package, and the merchant tried to shift the blame onto me by providing a false and distorted version of events to my bank when I did the dispute, claiming that I had only requested a pickup point after placing the order — when in reality, I had emailed them about it well before making the purchase.

Fortunately, my documented proof (screenshots and conversations) showed the truth, and my bank ruled in my favor withdrawing the transaction and fully refunding me. This ordeal highlights how unreliable these characters are. If something goes wrong, they will do everything they can to avoid taking responsibility.

Save yourself the headache and avoid at all costs!

Regarding your mentioned problem

You contacted us with a question about An post Parcells, where we replied that we are only using dpd courier service and we do not know about An post services and we inform you we only use DPD . This e-mail you got prior your order . You placed an order and shipping address you choose was a Centra shop. Your products were delivered to Address provided by you next working day, with multiple proof from DPD in emails we sent you, in proof of delivery in pictures you got too. 

Now the truth is coming that you are not working in that Centra store, and you only decided to send a parcell there and collect it, but they do not offer such a service. I am sorry but I do not think it is our mistake. Parcel was delivered with all possible multiple proofs.  

I don't understand why you used that shipping address when it isn't related to you. It is same as I request to send my parcel to Cork, but I live in Waterford and three days later I will start to complain I did not receive my order in Waterford. 

If the parcel is lost or damaged in transit, it is insured. However, in this case, DPD will not accept responsibility as they followed the shipping details you provided. 

We have communicated the same to your bank and sent them proof of emails confirming this. In the end, we decided to resolve the issue by giving you a full refund and have a lost of

Shop elsewhere

These people are selling flat top vape batteries under the misleading website name 18650.ie

Most 18650 batteries are button top.

Their customer service is a joke, they will replace it only if you pay to post back and then also pay them to post a new one, yes that's 3 postal charges folks.

Then they go on to accuse me of being rude, but hide when asked to back that up.

Customer service skills lacking, English speaking skills questionable. Shop elsewhere.

RESPONSE TO THE REPLY:
You forgot the part where you claim this:

"But you are very wrong here. Majority of products are using 18650 flat top batteries."

So I said this:

"Really? Let's test that. If you are correct, I will accept. If you are incorrect, I'll leave you a negative review. Go to any amazon site, enter 18650 battery and search. Take the top 10 listings and count how many are button top and how many are flat top."

You also admit that your 18650 shop only sells 1 button top battery. The descriptions are hidden under a hyperlink and yes, in there it says flat top.

Keep it going and I'll get on to the ombudsman for false advertising. Change the name of your website, or put up a banner saying "Vape batteries only" or "Flat top 18650 batteries only"

On 15th May, you placed an order for a 18650 Samsung 25R battery from our shop. You ordered one piece, and the shipping cost was €3.99. 

There are various types of 18650 batteries on the market, and the description on our website outlines these differences. It appears that you might have missed this information when making your purchase. 

When you informed us about receiving the wrong type, we immediately offered to replace it. We also took the opportunity to explain the differences between the various 18650 batteries. 

Regarding shipping: 

Each time we ship an item via DPD, it costs us €6 plus VAT. So, if we need to send another parcel due to an order error, the shipping expense doubles to €12 plus VAT. Your total order, including shipping, was €11.49 including VAT. 

Even though we aim to provide excellent service, we cannot ship goods for free or absorb the cost of additional shipping if the mistake lies with the customer. As we’ve explained via email, it’s an issue many producers face due to the lack of clarity about battery types. However, it is not our fault since you received the item you ordered. 

We've exchanged approximately 20 emails to find a resolution, but it seems we were not able to reach a mutual agreement. Ultimately, we issued a refund and closed the matter. 

To summarise, you ordered the wrong item, we offered a replacement, you disagreed, received a refund, and left a one-star review. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can serve you better in the future.

A top seller+++

I contacted this company late at night and the next day in the morning they had already replied back to my email. I ordered the same day I got the answer back from them. And on the same day, the package was already ready for collection by dpd. 5 days later I received my package here in Denmark. That's what I call super sevice. Finally, continue with the good service to your customers.
So the best recommendations from me. I will definitely buy from here again.

Anyone less than 5 stars is a nit in the face to this company. and 2.99 domestic shipping. A carrier pigeon wouldn't do it for that. Next day delivery 99 per cent as well. Cheers to all at e-shop. Ireland s no 1 by far. Only problem is your prices are to low :)

Great Service, Quality & Prices…

I have been buying from eShop/Top-e Cigarette for over 10 years (July 2013) and I have always been delighted with their service and the quality of their products. Everything has been fine until you have a problem.
Bought battery less then a month ago that troubles charging. They want me to send it back registered post (at my expense) so I am going to be left without a cigarette for however long it takes them?
I have spend hundreds if not thousands since I started shopping with them but i can tell you, I am not impressed at all. Will never buy a battery with them again.

Edit: as you can see by their attitude it says it all. Not ONCE did they say the postage would be refunded back and I have all the emails so I can put them here if you need clarity?
To lose a loyal customer over a 35 euro battery is scandalous. Have aoend THOUSANDS with you.
Will be sending registered post and waiting on my refund this week. Pity you've ost yourself a good customer with your bad attitude and replies

We kindly asked you to ship it back to us and you were also told the shipping expenses will be refunded back to your account. So ship it back to us does not cost you even a penny.

All this process takes about 2 to 3 working days. 1 day to receive it, same day is replacement shipped to you and 1 to 2 days to get your new battery. In total 3 days.

We re in business 13 years, and replacement something faulty was never a problem.

There is no reasson to be as it is not us giving you replacement as all items are covered by warranty but producer.

I do not know why we you see more problems in it. All we did, was to kindly ask you to ship it back. As if we request the courier to pick it up from you it will take way longer.

Thank you for reading our response and we hope we can serve you next time again.

If we would refuse to replace item from you,yes ,than our service deserve 1 star, but we did not. It is normal to bring faulty item back to the store We believe.
