Ordered on Monday night (after hours)

Ordered on Monday night (after hours), was phoned on Tuesday to say it had been dispatched, phoned by courier 30 minutes before then received on Wednesday morning. 10 minutes to attach handlebars and check bolts and out for a ride after school on Wednesday. Great service, Brilliant bike!

Great rental experience from the…

Great rental experience from the beginning to the end. Helpful staff, really nice bikes and convenient location. E bikes are so good for these hills.

Actual heroes

Actual heroes: 50km into the 175km ride (The Fred Whitton) my front mech cable snapped and I was stuck in the little ring unable to change. I hobbled to Keswick and was able to get an emergency repair (and a few other turn ups which I should have already done before such a big ride!) The team their were so busy with it being a bank holiday weekend but they really helped me out, they saved the ride. My bike has never felt better, they really know their stuff. To the three lads that helped me - thank you!

Broken Parcel

My parcel was received with a broken top and split tin of foam, not their fault but somewhere along the line it was badly damaged. I rang E-Venure Bikes and a replacement was sent within a couple of days. Thank you so much

Good service for new e-bike purchase.

Good service for new e-bike purchase.
- Website had accurate stock levels
- Comms were swift
- Delivery on time, the very next day
- Dealt with a tyre related query via phone and email very quickly

Would be happy to use again or recommend to others

Never received item

I saw the bike advertised

I saw the bike advertised. Placed the order and had the order confirmed. I ordered some peddles from another store.
I was then told that a mistake had been made and the bike was not for sale. My money was refunded and I now have some peddles I do not need.
Rather disappointing.
Prompt reply with apology from company. I understand these are difficult times but was really excited about getting the bike.

Where do I start 🤔

Where do I start 🤔
Communication was let’s say vague with myself having to chase information on a bike purchase after several messages a reply to a question asked which was simply a delivery date and time was given and typically this was to be a day not possible as we are keyworkers on asking to change to another day again no answer was given, eventually after waiting a whole Thursday and Friday no delivery. I again phoned and this time was given a number to a courier service as it had been sent for delivery, again no information was given??, I then had to phone the courier company myself and although the lady who answered was very helpful, found out it had been sent to a wrong depot so we have now had to take more time of as the estimated date is on yet another date where we have to do this, I’m being promised I will be contacted about this but I will not be recommending this company as we still do not have our expensive bike and I’m now waiting with baited breath what condition it’s going to arrive like.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your bike when you requested. The first I knew about this was from your poor TrustPilot review.
Its a shame you feel that you have not had a great service and we thankyou for your comments and look to improve our weaknesses in the future.

If I could give you a little insight into our business and why communication may have been lacking. We have 3 members of staff working on separate days to try and reduce risk of Covid 19 transmission. We are also shut on Sundays and Mondays which is advertised on our website. We have been amazed at how busy we are at present and although difficult we have worked hard to get everyones delivery's to them when they request. I personally drove a 1 hour round trip to drop your bike off at the delivery depot to ensure your bike would be delivered on the Friday as you wanted. We have obviously been let down by the couriers and unfortunately your bike is arriving late.

Although this does not get your bike to you any sooner I hope you can empathise with our situation and see that we have done everything that we can to accommodate you.

SRAM Powerpack (cassette and chain)

Excellent value and service. I ordered the item and it was processed and posted out extremely quickly - received much earlier than expected.
Not reviewing the item itself as it hasn't been fitted - but not had any issues with SRAM to date.
