Good fast delivery- product as described.

I ordered a bike bell as a birthday present- the wrong item was picked and despatched.
On receipt I spoke to Mike to explain the situation and he said that I would have to return the incorrect one before a replacement could be sent. I said that this would cause delays and miss the birthday- he then said that he would have to speak 'to the boss'.
He did come back to to say that you would despatch the correct one but the delay in replying meant the post collection was missed and it was another three days before I got the item - and missed the birthday!
On the plus side the bell is great.

Fast delivery, would use again.

I bought my synch super monkey which arrived on time and was all it promised to be. Best bike ever!

We were in to buy bike lights. The staff member was pleasant and helpful, however, the lights we bought were massively overpriced. There was a price sticker of £19.99 covered up with one of £31.99. Quite a shock!

got a puncture after about 3 hours. Mike came and collected me. thanks for otherwise great bike, flexible timing, service and not expensive

Having just hired a bike from E-Venture bikes, I can report that it was a uniformly positive experience. We hired a Ribble ‘Endurance’ e bike for my wife to try out, the purpose being to try it out with a view to buying a new one from Ribble. The bike was ready for collection when we arrived, formalities were dealt with quickly, helpful advice given, including the suggestion that they could show us some alternative option when we returned from the ride. We duly pedalled out from Keswick, reaching the top of the Whinlatter pass. The bike was in excellent order, my wife had a few problems managing the power delivery, but this was not due to any shortcoming in the bike…….

On returning to E-Venture bikes, we were shown other alternatives, and given a helpful analysis of the pro’s and con’s of different electric drive systems:- culminating in a test ride on a ‘Bergamont’ e bike, we we have subsequently agreed to purchase, a more expensive drive system but one which suited my wife much better.

Overall, I was very impressed with the expertise of the E-Venture staff, and their helpful without being pushy approach. My conclusion is that e bikes are complicated:- and E-Venture know what they are talking about, and it is worth buying through them.

A very good experience, I dealt with a lovely young man and the hire of an electric bike was smooth and enjoyable. I will do it again, with the end result being a purchase of one.

Another fabulous ride in the lakes with excellent electric bikes enabling the whole group to enjoy the uphills as well as the downs.

Great customer service. I made a booking and then had to change the date as one of the group couldn’t make it. No fuss and happy to help. Bikes were ready for us when we arrived and we had a quick briefing and we were good to go. Bikes all in good shape and fully charged. Great day out and very easy and quick return. We’ll be back!

I unfortunately had a problem with by road bike so dropped in on the off chance they had a rental bike available. Super helpful and sorted me out as quick as you like so I could re-join my team. They even stored my broken bike as we had no room in our support van. I rented an electric bike which for most of the journey I left in eco-mode (cycling with friend on non-electric) but did try it in boost/turbo and really with one of these bikes anyone can get out there and explore the beautiful Lake District. Thank you D

We had an amazing day and explored the mountains in a different way, thanks to E-Venture Bikes. It was our first time doing mountain biking but it was sooo much fun. Even if you’re a beginner, don’t worry you’ll find the perfect route for yourself and you’ll love it!
Also electric bikes are legs savers haha. Thinking about getting one now!

Just hired two e bikes from E venture bikes in Keswick. The bikes were ready waiting for us. The mechanic made sure our bikes were set correctly for us and explained how to use the gears, brakes and power. Prior to our visit I contacted the bike shop via e Mail and got a very speedy and helpful reply.
As we are interested in getting e bikes, after our ride we had a chat with the staff who were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to hire a bike from e venture bikes again.

Very efficient and friendly service. I have been kept informed all along about the processing of my order and the preparation of my new bike. Can't wait to get out on the road now!
