Easy on line purchase, in spite of December weather conditions, Royal Mail disruption, Christmas parcel overload, which the company has no control over my parcel ordered on 12th December arrived within three days having been sent by Royal Mail.

Great service and really quick delivery considering it wasn't due until March 23.

Hired touring e bikes for the day. Used one of the routes on their website, 38 miles, and it was fantastic. Would definitely recommend them if you want bike hire in Keswick.

Hired 2 bikes for 1 day over the bank holiday weekend. Rental process was quick and efficient and good explanation of the bikes and also recommended a route for us to get maximum benefit from our days hire. Bikes were brilliant and performed above expectations, would thoroughly recommend if you are in the area and require ebike rental, we would definitely use again.

Above and beyond service. Due to the number of bikes required E- venture even procured an extra bike in order to accommodate a group of 14. The help in getting the right bike to the right size person was great and nothing was to much, a few last minute tweeks with tyres being a little flat and we were off. From turning up to riding off took 20 min which was fantastic considering the number of bikes to get sorted.easly 5 stars and would certainly be using the shop again, big shout out to Rob who helped pull it all together.

We hired 4 bikes by phone the day before, with staff answering my questions and explaining how the system worked. In the morning, we cycled around Derwent Water with a detour up to Surprise View as well. It was a beautiful morning and thoroughly enjoyable with amazingly clear views. The bikes performed well and the staff were helpful, offering friendly advice on where to explore. The whole experience was extremely positive and we would, without doubt recommend. Thank you!

Great service and helpful staff, booked a half day hire of e-bikes and took the Keswick to Threlkeld bike ride then onto Castlerigg stone circle would highly recommend E-Venture Bikes and the e-bikes!
