Maybe i should have known….. but i didn’t. Ive ordered a bunch of revo nozzles worth around £180 in the UK. Shipping took a while but saw it was underway to the Netherlands. I didn’t anticipate i had to pay an extra €65,- import taxes. Never had to pay import taxes ordering from China? Anyway the next E3D products ill buy will be through a european (sub)dealer/shop

Extremely fast shipping to the USA at a very reasonable price.

Dislike: Price. You use all Bambu Labs stuff on the head except you make a teeny tiny diamond insert and put it into a chunk of metal that you have designed. You also show the price ex VAT which I think is BAD practice. Also there are no instruction or QCode to scan for user assistance. There is no ID of the maker or the model as many Bambu Lab owners will have multiple nozzles.
The packaging is cheap and nasty and poorly designed.

My order and delivery went well, with no issues. E3D could torment a captive group of consumers since you cant get products like this from anyone else but, they choose not to and I appreciate that :)
The product is lack luster, and the buyers remorse is worse due to the price and unfavorable exchange rate.
That said everything functions but, I would have spent my money on multiple obxidian nozzles over a diamondback.
It would be improbable but incredible, if E3D had an "exchange program" to swap products for FOMO victims like me or, a "marketplace" similar to framework laptops website.

I’m moving from a hobby printer to a semi-commercial and was searching for a way to trim time off my prints without compromising finish, strength and reliability.

These are the solution I was looking for, hands down.

They’re a bolt in, no faff upgrade that works!

However, you will need to calibrate the flow dynamics and tickle the temps and flow rates in the filament settings to find what works best for you, they are not a magic bullet, but they’re not far off!

I live in Hawaii USA a bit off the beaten track.
I placed me order online and five days later it was working flawlessly in my X1C. I have been running almost 24/7 with no issues. Great hotend and great service

As usual the products are always beautifully made and to a very high standard. The Prusa MK4 0.25mm nozzle came securely packed in quick time and fitted with no trouble. I have used E3D for many years and will continue to do so. Thanks for making great products and innovating in the 3D printing community.

Just wow! The improvement of my print quality is amazing. Totally recommend this extruder.

Install was easy and the quick disconnects are a great feature to the hot end assembly. This makes replacements are any maintenance easier down the road.

Goods as expected, quick delivery and excellent quality.

Ordered straight from company website to avoid fakes and ensure correct fitment for machine. When part arrived faster then expected shipping was excellent, fitment parts was not correct and now machine is inoperable as it cannot home. Be extremely careful and maybe look up others with same machine to see if they had any issues. It is sad was hoping to switch to revo ecosystem for future. Also their support help is useless and tries to blame your machine for their parts messing up like oh your touch sensor is to low well that’s is where your spacer puts it smh.

Really enjoy using Revo, Obxidian in particular I find much more reliable than previous nozzles, due to them being much less sticky, and the quick change makes them less prone to leakage.

Shipping is fast, prices are reasonable and the products are excellent.

I should have bought a kit ... Don't know why I didn't but it's been great on my SV08. Each time either buying the nozzles or heater the experience was great and shipping times ridiculously quick considering it's not shipping from within the US. Would love it e3d made one for the SV08 but the one I got custom made works well enough.

just what you need when your printer is down.

Extremely fast shipping to the US. Installed the nozzle easily. Did a test run within 5 minutes. Have been using it 24/7 for the last several days. There is a warping issue that pops up sometimes but increasing the bed temp 2 degrees has solved it. And honestly, a warp here and there to get a 40% speed boost is a win in my book. Used to use a 0.4 Bambu nozzle, now using 0.6 E3D HF with HF bambu filament. Printing a PETG model that would normally take 8.5 hours and doing it in 3hours 20mins. Quality has been excellent.

The website made sense and I was able to make my order in an efficient manner. The nozzles I received also work well and my team and I are happy to return when we need replacements.

Another great experience with E3D, ordered some Revo items for my on going tool changer project. Delivery was quick too and at a reasonable price (cheapest delivery option).
