Quick, easy checkout. My new nozzle arrived quickly and it was well-packaged so it arrived without damage.

After paying for next day delivery I expected a dispatch note for the Monday after I had ordered. I received nothing, despite the website showing the ordered item in stock. EDIT :18/06/24 The customer service rep saved the experience. While they didn't keep me up to date everyday on where my products were, they did respond when I asked and moved the whole thing along. Long story short the items should have been listed as out of stock but weren't as only "part" of it was out of stock. I know have my items and am happier with the experience due to the actions of the Customer service rep.

Easy setup, much better print quality compared to my old and failing stock Prusa hotend. I would give 5 stars but the installation instructions don't give any help in case of error. My printer would not go above 40C and give me a TM error, after some digging turns out I had to factory reset my Prusa to erase the previous settings for it to work with the latest firmware.

Product arrived quick enough, but as business order, I require a invoice. Still waiting no replies difficult to ask for an invoice. Why Why is it not standard to provide an invoice and do I have to go to all this bs to get it? Very unprofessional

Excellent hotend. I need to tinker a bit more to get more speed, but the improved flow has improved print quality significantly. Very fast shipping.

The quality of the parts purchased was good but the prices were too high and were also penalized by duties towards Europe. On £60 I had to fork out another £20 in duties. Proportionately China is friendlier and closer.

It works great! The OBXidion nozzle should come stock on the printer, it's that good. Now I can print at full speed.

The product is super! But this is dropshipping from China. Be prepared to pay customs.

Pathetic customer support, after being misdirected on the online shop, left carrying the cost of noxzzle order that was cancelled at least 4 hours before it wad processed.

Then you have the audacity to ask me to pay for the duties and taxes, twice( when the nozzles I want is shipped) as well as the shipping costs both ways which E3D just washes their hands from and take no responsibility for either a patently misdirection on the online shop nor, their tardiness in acting on the cancellation of an order, because the are only focused on profit and has no idea of customer support or couldn't care less as long as ng as they have their money, they just don't take responsibility for anything. I,intend to hand this over to our council to take things further as they won't as they believe they are not at fault

Time from order to my door, including Customs, was under 48 hours. I got the confirmation of the delivery being sent on Monday morning, at about 3am my time, and the package was at my door by 1pm on Tuesday. Considering this came from the UK to the Chicago are, this was a very unexpected event. Product was packaged very carefully, and arrived perfect.

Excellent quality products, innovative design, great customer service, flawless delivery, outstanding engineering, great company management, skilled staff and organization. The best and unique in the business, not doubt about it!

I have bought a volcano hot end and a bowden titan extruder which I fitted to my own motor with marlin firmware. After my order placement, the processing and shipping was very fast, after 2 days the products arrived. I requested technical advice for the upgrade and they were very helpful and fast. Finally, I made the upgrade and the result is excellent. I fully recommend this combination, as it levels up the speed and quality of the 3d printer.

I ordered parts on a Sunday evening, East Coast USA time. They shipped out within minutes (Monday morning UK time) and I received them on Tuesday morning (Again, Eastern Time, US).

Astounding. First rate!

Quality product (though considerably expensive!), fast shipping, absolutely no problem at all!

The only negative comment I have is regarding pricing, as the prices for items sold do not have VAT yet there is no clear indication of this.

Seems like a quality product. Fast shipping. Just wish it came with extra hardware. Specifically the nuts and screws. I'm installing a revo upgrade to my old Prusa MK2 and it requires more nuts than it had on it so I'm having to wait on an order from Amazon.
