Incorrect part sent with no paperwork
Incorrect part sent with no paperwork. Phone calls to customer service were not answered. Sent email on E4 site. Email was answered requesting copy of invoice. This was sent by return on Thursday, 11th and now it’s 14th and nothing further heard. Poor show.

Great customer service
I recently ordered an element from E4element unfortunately for some reason it wasn't quite right. I contacted E4elements who were so helpful and gave me a full refund . We didn't order another element as we bought a new cooker instead but would highly recommend to anyone who needs a quick professional service..

Ordered the part I needed
Ordered the part I needed, i arrived within two days on normal delivery service. The outer box was damaged, but the part was so well packaged inside that it was not damaged. I fitted the part which works exactly as it should. Very happy, it was a choice of pay £32 for the part or £1099 for an equivalent new oven.
