Wish I'd read reviews before placing order... : (

I placed my order on 3 October and paid for shipping in 6-10 working days (# 2015100301043651). I have received a tracking number, but that doesn't tell me where my package is because apparently it hasn't been scanned by the carrier. I've contacted EachBuyer while they've been polite, they can't tell me anything further and they haven't responded to my requests to please resend. I don't know if the problem is EachBuyer or their shipping company: I just want my order and I really needed it weeks ago.

Has anyone else who has posted on this site actually received their order? And if so, how long did it really take?

One item missing

Order number 2015090201013013
I ordered and paid for :-
Item 1. A fishing bait hook.
Item 2. PU leather leggings, color coffee.
Item 3. PU leather leggings, color Wine Red.
Today 9/11/2015, a parcel arrived but only contained Items 1 & 2
Item 3 the Wine Red leggings were missing.
There was no explanation for this in the package and no paper work was included. I tried to email Each buyer but the links on their website would not link.

Don't buy from them - Delivers Counterfeit Products

Buyers beware. Each buyer is selling counterfeit products without telling that in their advertisements. I purchased two Sony SBH-80 headsets and I did receive them, but they are counterfeit (Fake). I have been trying to send those items back to the seller but they refuse to pay for return shipping claiming the item are authentic. I own the authentic headsets and I know that these ones are fake because they are different than the authentic ones, and because Sony would never sell products with a case that has the Sony logo printed in such a bad way, and with a case that is so badly printed.

Eachbuyer has a return policy that claims they will pay for shipping back when you receive the incorrect item, but they won't honor it for counterfeit goods.

This is my worse experience buying goods on the internet for more than a decade, and I buy a lot of stuff online. So I would stay away from this site if I were you.

This is how their incorrect items received policy reads, yet they won't honor it for sending you FAKE / Counterfeit items:

• Return Incorrect Item Received

If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact us via our Client Service Express and provide us the picture proof of the error.
If return is necessary, replacement plus shipping cost reimbursement will be issued to you on receipt of return proof.

Nula atención al cliente

Compre un telefono movil Doogee valencia y a los 45 dias dejo de funcionar, primero el altavoz para oir las llamadas, luego poco a poco el resto. Me pongo en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente y me dicen que me dan 12 euros para una proxima compra y que con eso me de por contento. Si quiero que me reparen el movil, me tengo que hacer cargo de los gastos de envio ademas de los gastos de reparación. Yo les solicito que me envien uno nuevo y les devuelvo el roto, pero en ningun caso me dan esa opción. Sólo insisten en que me dan un cupón de 12 euros para proximas compras. Les respondo que se metan los 12 euros por ahí.
Consejo, no compreis en esta web.

I buy a cell phone Doogee valencia and in 45 days the speaker stopped working, first to hear the calls, then slowly the rest. I am contacting the Customer Service and tell me they give me 12 euros for a purchase next and that pleased me for that. If I want to repair my phone, I have to do I charge shipping charges in addition to the repair costs. I ask them to send me a new one and I return them broken, but in no case give me that option. Just they insist that I get a coupon of 12 euros for future purchases. I answer that around 12 euros mess.
Not buy on this website.

No tracking #

My order # is 2015091701028158, and I paid for the standard shipping (6-10 days ) with a tracking # but I still haven't received the tracking #. Please provide it right away, as the item I have ordered is very important .

I ordered this item on the 14/8/15 and the order had been in processing since,
Yesterday; 10/9/15 I emailed the CS department to enquire when my item was likely to be shipped: no response
This morning I checked my order to see if my email had made any difference, the order has been cancelled without my consent and or notification of this action, I have once again emailed the CS team and have yet to receive a response:
You have been happy enough to take the money from my account (17/08/15).

Ideally I would have received the item I ordered rather than you stealing from me..... i'm a bit old fashioned like that.

My Order Hasn't been shipped

why isnt my order shipped?

Hi I'm Katelynn and my order #2015081300990720 has not been shipped.it is paid for and not shipped.I want my order to show up and it needs to be all of what I paid for. poor service and unable to contact

I placed and paid for an order on 6/8/15, including extra for faster shipping ie 6 to 10 business days. Today the status of my order still says unshipped. The email link on the web site does not work and my emails are coming back as undeliverable.
