excellent service

I have used eachbuyer many times and have always had excellent service. All the items I have purchased are of good quality and are well packaged. You have to understand that they are shipping from mainland China and this takes time. On average I wait about three weeks to the UK. Don't order if you are in a hurry.Otherwise good service.

My Order is Still not here!!

I have done an order on 20-7-15 and I also paid extra money for the shipping but I still haven't received my order. This is too much, I tried to contact you on your email but I didn't get any response, but hopefully I will get a response here.

Bad service

Not acceptable

I placed my order 16 days ago and received an email saying I had paid. That was the last I've heard. I have emailed but had no reply. I'm going to have to log a complaint with PayPal.

Brake cable faulty - customer support unresponsive

Your customer support is not responding, so I may as well post my beef publicly. Order number # 2015070300943786

Upon receipt of my brake cable, I noticed that the inner cable did not slide smoothly inside the housing. It was less smooth than the cable I had bought at the local bike shop, and even less smooth than the 5+ year old cable that I was replacing. I decided to remove the end cap to find out what was wrong, and I discovered that (1) there was no teflon inner coating, meaning that the cable was rubbing against bare steel and (2) that the steel was quite badly rusted. See the attached pictures as evidence. The rust makes me believe that the part is not, in fact, new and has been rotting in some warehouse for a year or so, if it's not a used part.
For this reason I would like a full refund of AU$3,19 paid into my paypal account at. I do not want a replacement cable to be sent, as I do not believe that you can supply the quality I desire. If this cannot be resolved speedily, I will have to get a refund via paypal or credit card chargeback.

A Scam Do Not Fall into Trap

I placed my order and paid $40 for a LED light, got a order confirmation number but then nothing else. I phoned their Hong Kong "office number" but it is never attended; also no one reply my emails. My order number is 2015062800938543.

Customer service unreachable

The customer service channels listed on their website seem to be dead:

* The UK phone number is not even a valid number
* The Hong Kong number rings but nobody answers
* I wrote to their email address and have had no reply so far
* I tweeted to them and also had no reply

I find this absolutely unacceptable for an online shop and would not buy with them again.

Edit: After writing directly to Sami I was able to start an email conversation and got the help I needed. I still think it's not good that they offer so many channels in their contact page but not respond to anything other than a bad review on Trustpilot. As feedback for Eachbuyer I would recommend that they update the page and give some information on how long they take to answer.

No tracking number for eachbuyer order

Hi,
My order started on 21/06/2015 but i not yet received my tracking number. I paid USD 6.61 for shipping Express (standard) 6-10 days. I don't know how find my tracking number. My order number is #2015062100930702. I think is not a good way, for Eachbuyer, to keep customers waiting. I have sent few email asking for tracking number but no reply yet. Kindly obtain the tracking number as soon as possible.

Bad experience

I've made and order on 2015/06/10 (ordere id #2015061000916478), payed also a supply for a register airmail. At today 2015/06/20 the order status is still on "confirmed" status. I have contacted the assistence via email six times, with only ONE respond where they give me a tracking number on 2015/06/17 that is NOT registered on china post and 17track.net, so i think that is a obvisuly a fake tracking number. I've also contected them on skype with no responce.
After 10 days is still all stucked. No assistance at all, i will NEVER buy anything else on this website. Also if there will be no answer in a couple of days i will contact paypal to block my payment. Very very disappointed.

Don't understand comments! Great company IMO

I just ordered a shoulder support from each buyer and they shipped it decently fast and the product is just as described. Took about 3 weeks from China to the Midwest and the prices are fantastic! I'm not understanding why there are so many complaints, but I've only ordered this one product from them. I'll use them again, but after reading these reviews, it feels like I was lucky! Maybe they've gotten better recently.

outraged and losing patience

Really wish I would have read the reviews before I made an order. All Ive read was to take the problem to the customer service. Well......Ive been doing that for days! is there a real cs? if so, they Really should be fired. i ordered.....paid.....waited.....and still wait. you answered my email and said you couldnt quite find the order. you sure found the time to use my credit card! take that to cs! The only reason you got one star is because there wasnt anything lower that could be posted!

Very disappointed by the service...

I recently bought two items from eachbuyer.com and pay more for the shipping to have a tracking number. They never send me the tracking number and the order is still not arrived although the fact i tried to contact the customer service to know what was happening but no answer. No Response From Customer Service

Hello!
I recently ordered something off this website, but when I did, I had realized I had put the wrong shipping address. So I went back and redid the order, I changed the shipping address and tried to pay for the order, which also made a second order. When I tried to pay for the second order, the charge wouldn't go through. I even waited a few days to see if it would, but it didn't. It just wouldn't let me pay. It also kept saying that the charge was not accepted even though my info was correct. So I tried to contact customer service so I could cancel the first order and try and pay for the second. It has been 2-3 days and no response. What the heck.

no customer service responce

I purchased two items from this so call company, which was paid via Pay Pal once delivered. Only one item arrived, but because it shows delivered, Pay Pal will pay the money over!!!
i have tried e-mailing EachBuyer on three occasions, but no response to any of my e-mails.
It is not a surprise that the delivered item was the cheapest item in the order!!!
I will put this in the hands of Pay Pal to sort, and I would certainly not recommend buying anything from EACHBUYER.

Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
