Today is the eleventh day, and I have not yet received the order n.2015050600872859 started on 06.05.2015, I paid € 1.90 for shipping Express (standard) 6-10 days. I wrote email and private message on facebook, but I have received no answer. So I want to be reimbursed for the costs of shipping, and I want to get news of my order.

6-10 days delivery?! 14 days later still no item!!

First time using the site. I ordered on the 22nd April, selected express delivery (6-10 days) so far I've had no item. No tracking info, not even a confirmation of shipping.
Contacted customer services and no reply on Facebook or email.

Overall pleased, but minor improvements needed.

Products received were of good quality - in particular the LED light bulbs I purchased.

Shipping was estimated at 20 working days, but mine arrived in 10.

Only complaint is that the discount codes do not deduct the correct amount from your order.

I used the 8% off code found on their Facebook page, and it didn't correctly apply the right amount of discount. I also paid for tracking numbers but didn't get any.

Other than that, seems like a reliable company - haven't had to return anything...yet

Faulty goods, replied negatively to my request for refund or replacement

I purchased a car horn from Eachbuyer in December 2014. Due to various circumstances, I was not able to get around to using it until April this year when I found out it was defective (just didn't work). I contacted Eachbuyer Customer Service and the response I received was that I purchased it 4 months ago. I replied describing the circumstances, but I have received no further reply. Every thing is OK with them if it works, if it doesn't they just ignore you. Caveat Emptor!

04/22/15 My item arrived unexpectedly. I received the email back from EachBuyer with the shipping info, but after I received my order. Communication is slow and obliviously lacking, but items do arrive and this isn't a scam company. Just a little bit slower to get your product to you. I can't say if I will purchase from them again, but overall at least I know they're real.



I ordered a product from them hoping to have it in for my business before a class I have to teach, and all it says is "shipped", but no tracking number is given. I've sent an email to the email address they provide, and have yet to receive a response. I've messaged them on fb, and no reply. I'm beginning to wonder if I've been ripped off, and this is a scam. Finger weg, KEINE Garanite, KEINE Rückmeldung!

Ich hatte einen Multifunktions Autoradio gekauft.
Dieser war leider nach ca. 3 Wochen defekt. Ich habe mich schon mehrmals per Mail in deutsch und englisch wegen der Reklamtionsabwicklung an die Firma gewandt.
Ich habe bis jetzt in einem Zeitraum von einem Monat null Rückmeldung bekommen. Also habe ich 100% Verlust.
Für mich, NIE wieder, Finger weg.

Nachfolgend habe ich einen der zahlreichen Versuche angeführt:

A few weeks ago I had ordered a bluetooth-car-radio from you. Unfortunately the item is faulty since yesterday and always shows the same fault-message on the display (please find the photo of the display-message attached). The item (radio) cannot be switched on at all anymore and all the other functions like the navigation is not working anymore either. I have already tried to resolve the problem myself - I done a reset and disconected the item for a while already from electricity as well - unfortunately those actions did not help to resolve the problem.

I kindly ask you to contact me as quickly as possible and tell me how I can solve the problem (how the fault-message on the display can be removed or if the whole radio could be exchanged from you as it is still on warranty).
As I had already sent you an e-mail about this inquiry in German and you never replied, I really expect a quick answer from you. Otherwise I am forced to contact the consumer protection office in Austria and they will take over this case.

Youtube help team

I order few thinks for my camera, after payments, no news, i did mails and mails and at the end i found help on the youtube excellent channel.
It's really a superteam. Luodaoming follow all my mails and answer from each buyer website and at the end he found me the solution. I've got my material and it works perfectly and he sent me a compensation for all my problems.
I think they realized they had some relation' problem, and this youtube each buyer team is really doing a good effort.
Thanks again for their help.

never received my order

i contacted them several times to tell them that i havent received my order. it took them 3 weeks to answer my email and told me they would ship another package which should arrive within 8 weeks. it never did. and after contacting them again they never responded. money is gone.
NEVER ORDER THERE ANYTHING!

All items received quite quickly

After I've posted a question on this forum about my order, I received my first package with ordered items allready the next day, 1 thing was missing, and that item arrived today! So I must say that I'm pretty happy with the quickness of Eachbuyer! Thanks a lot. Will be ordering again with you!

One upbuilding little critic, the packages were open on one side, torn to be exact. Due to custums perhaps, but packing material isn't to strong that you use apparently.

Nowadays Eachbuyer ship the products yet sending the emails with tracking number to customers automatically, our IT guys are fixing this.

Items never arrived !

One Star is even too much!!! The items never arrived. Our company has been wating for 5 months now.
An email correspondence is impossible, because we have never received any response at all. This is seriously unprofessional.
We can defenitely NOT recommend this company!

Everythnig ok

Communication could be improved but the service is ok.
Europe buyers have to be patient about shipping expecially in italy but everything will arrive in a month.

My order has never arrived

I've ordered on EachBuyer.com and I still didn't get any answer via mail/phone from EachBuyer customer support.
How can I solve this? Really imprecise and unprofessional.

EDIT1, I've selected a 6-10 shipping method (with track number) paying the difference, and I didn't get this number.
Support now seems present, let's see what will happen
