Purchase arrived damaged
I ordered three delicate items and they were shipped in an envelope instead of a box. They arrived broken. Emails to customer service are un-responsive for over 10 days. Very disappointed in this company. Would not purchase again and advise others not to.

Really really bad Internet shop!
If you are thinking about to buy something in Eachbuyer, don't do it!! Because they have the worst customer service on Internet, I bought two little quadcopter on 01/09/2015 and they didn't have shipped anything. I wrote three emails to his customer service but the only thing that I have got It's waste my time.... And also I paid for the tracking number and off course they didn't sent me any number but if I check my Paypal account the order is charged. My order is 2015010900680740, if any Eachbuyer worker wants to help me!
So I you are thinking to make an order in Eachbuyer, you need to think twice because you will not have any notice about your order...

But seems we have some trouble with your tracking number so we can't provide much information about it, our logistics staff are on it. poor service and doesn't answer e-mails
My order 2015011200688187 has been marked as shipped for a week, however, I still have no tracking number. I paid 1.69 USD extra to get a tracking number.
Eachbuyer provide their e-mail address to contact them, but they don't answer to any mail.
So basically they ripped me off 1.69 USD (so far) and they don't give a damn.
As for the order itself, I will have to wait and see.

I just received your email. You always says something about cables connections. I already informed You that cables aren't the problem. Problem is that on light aluminium body simply miss the trhead hole for screwing locking screw that hold the H4 adaptor. I resend the pictures, so maybe You will able to understand.
On my opinion, this ligth is defective due there is no choise to fit the H4 adaptor.

I just received last order: front led ligths for motorcycle PID 303175. Unfortunately, how to fix guide is in chinese only and I can't find the way how to fix on my scooter.
Please, be so kind to send to me a guide in english how to fix the H4 adaptor on led light.
The packaging box contains: 1 led light (2 leds) with power box, 1 spring, 3 adaptors for H4 and other 2 bulbs type, 2 thread screws. Both 2 screws can't fix adaptors on led light body, it seems to be that something miss.

I recommend not to buy this provider.

Poor customer service. Ignores you completely!
I received a jewelry ring display broken. One side of the bow is somehow ripped of and the lace fabric around the heel is very completely loose, and some of the leather material around the heel, too.
Each Buyer doesn't reply to any of my emails. I wrote to them earlier to hear when my package was dispatched and I did not get any answer there as well.
Very poor customer service I must say!!! Never buy anything from them. They completely ignore you.
