Website Gone, No Progamming, DUPED!

I have not received any programming for the last 2 days. Their website is gone and there is no way to contact them. I paid a 1 Year subscription which started less than a month ago. Be cautious! These guys seem to be scammers.

lack of customer support

lack of customer support. They blame every issue on the consumer. Recently I tried to contact support and their website was overtaken by a false captcha program making support unreachable.

Follow up to Eaglecast reply
The Captcha was a scam. It was fake. This a well known trick to get me to download malicious software or redirect me and there was no way to get past it. There was no other way to contact customer support without compromising myself. I will not renew

Definitively your site i purchased from. I’m active through December. It’s true your chat is accessible again. The support however is subpar. All works fine until a popular game is broadcast, then it buffers. Not other channels, just the popular one. The solution given is to get a VPN. Except, other channels don’t have a buffering issue. And a VPN wouldn’t help with that issue regardless even if it was every channel. ( I tried a VPN and it didn’t help)

I was having a streaming off line…

I was having a streaming off line message blocking my local channels for several days that I could not correct. It was getting to be an issue. I decided to contact EagleCastTV for Technical help. It took Michael 30 seconds to correct the problem. These guys are awesome technicians and courteous too!

EagleCast is definately the best iptv…

EagleCast is definately the best iptv service I’ve tried. It doesn’t buffer very often but when it does a quick chat with service fixes it. Mostly when it buffers it’s because I just need to restart my fire stick. Love the service and tough to beat the two year plan.

I had the free trial and it worked…

I had the free trial and it worked great! Tried to get a 3 month subscription but it would not take my payment, tried a few different ones so I guess their payment system needs work. Now I am not so sure about it probably have to go elsewhere but the trial was great

Our Payment system doesn't have issue. It has Strict 3DS auth method to prevent fraudulent attempts with cards (stolen) and also complying 100% with banking laws that the sole owner is making the transaction. In order to use the service you have to make it out. I'd ask not to relate payment process with service/support quality.

Gabriel was extremely helpful with providing a working link to the eaglecast website, even when I needed technical assistance provided easy to follow instructions for setup. Communication from this company has been quick and the service is excellent.

Smooth service with support that takes responsibility

EagleCast delivered one of the smoothest IPTV trials I’ve tested — stable streams, solid U.S. channels, and no buffering even on multiple devices. On service alone, I would have subscribed immediately.

But when I asked a simple question about reviews mentioning payment issues, support became defensive and dismissive. Instead of reassurance, I was told that “it’s not the service’s fault” and warned about leaving negative reviews. This was unnecessary and unprofessional.

A strong product loses its appeal when customer service treats genuine questions as criticism. If EagleCast wants to keep long-term customers, respectful and transparent communication is just as important as streaming quality.

Update: 30 Sept 2025

EagleCast reached out with apologies — both publicly on Trustpilot and privately by email — regarding my earlier concern about support tone. I’ve since made a payment, and while there was a minor hiccup, their support team quickly solved it. The service itself has continued to run smoothly with stable streaming and reliable channels. That combination of accountability and consistent performance gives me confidence to continue with their service.
