Half the movies won't play. It definitely buffers alot. And there is no website.

No buffering, easy to install and user friendly. They keep improving the service and customer service is quick to respond. I've used many iptv services and this one is excellent.

They say buffer free, NO, buffer all the time continuously. Movie buffer, or not there. No better then any other IPTV service. If I could get my money back I would.

I messaged chat about an issue with a couple of channels & within about five minutes the issues were resolved. Everytime I’ve had a minor issue, customer support has done an outstanding job resolving and taking care of the issue. Keep up the good work

I have not received any programming for the last 2 days. Their website is gone and there is no way to contact them. I paid a 1 Year subscription which started less than a month ago. Be cautious! These guys seem to be scammers.

This company is the best. You have to get the free try. .

lack of customer support. They blame every issue on the consumer. Recently I tried to contact support and their website was overtaken by a false captcha program making support unreachable.

Follow up to Eaglecast reply
The Captcha was a scam. It was fake. This a well known trick to get me to download malicious software or redirect me and there was no way to get past it. There was no other way to contact customer support without compromising myself. I will not renew

Definitively your site i purchased from. I’m active through December. It’s true your chat is accessible again. The support however is subpar. All works fine until a popular game is broadcast, then it buffers. Not other channels, just the popular one. The solution given is to get a VPN. Except, other channels don’t have a buffering issue. And a VPN wouldn’t help with that issue regardless even if it was every channel. ( I tried a VPN and it didn’t help)

I was having a streaming off line message blocking my local channels for several days that I could not correct. It was getting to be an issue. I decided to contact EagleCastTV for Technical help. It took Michael 30 seconds to correct the problem. These guys are awesome technicians and courteous too!

After I watched some video on YouTube, I choose to test EagleCast and I was very surprised about the glitch free, the quality of the interface, finally EagleCast just fill all my criteria. Thanks also to the customer service that is really efficiency !

I have had your service for 2 months now and it works fantastic and anytime I need technical support they answer right away and fix the issues if you have any can't ask for a better service thank you

Excellent service. Customer support is second to none. They respond so quickly and have always resolved everything I'v ever asked. The service itself is excellent, great quality and great app. Highly highly recommend

EagleCast is definately the best iptv service I’ve tried. It doesn’t buffer very often but when it does a quick chat with service fixes it. Mostly when it buffers it’s because I just need to restart my fire stick. Love the service and tough to beat the two year plan.

This the best service out there and the prices are pretty good, no long waiting for channels or tv guide to reload daily just a minute or 2, works well on firestick and cube even on smart tv boxes all around best!!!

I had the free trial and it worked great! Tried to get a 3 month subscription but it would not take my payment, tried a few different ones so I guess their payment system needs work. Now I am not so sure about it probably have to go elsewhere but the trial was great

Gabriel was extremely helpful with providing a working link to the eaglecast website, even when I needed technical assistance provided easy to follow instructions for setup. Communication from this company has been quick and the service is excellent.

Eaglecast is hands down the best iptv service we've used, for what you get and the price you can't compare.

EagleCast delivered one of the smoothest IPTV trials I’ve tested — stable streams, solid U.S. channels, and no buffering even on multiple devices. On service alone, I would have subscribed immediately.

But when I asked a simple question about reviews mentioning payment issues, support became defensive and dismissive. Instead of reassurance, I was told that “it’s not the service’s fault” and warned about leaving negative reviews. This was unnecessary and unprofessional.

A strong product loses its appeal when customer service treats genuine questions as criticism. If EagleCast wants to keep long-term customers, respectful and transparent communication is just as important as streaming quality.

EagleCast reached out with apologies — both publicly on Trustpilot and privately by email — regarding my earlier concern about support tone. I’ve since made a payment, and while there was a minor hiccup, their support team quickly solved it. The service itself has continued to run smoothly with stable streaming and reliable channels. That combination of accountability and consistent performance gives me confidence to continue with their service.

Service is great. It's very economical. And Gabriel is a great support specialist. Thanks again Gabriel!
