I've been using this service for a short time now, had to couple of issues with in a few weeks time got them all resolved so far great customer service response time was very good keep it up.

I have had ZERO problems with this service since I've had it! I have to say it is the very BEST and I highly recommend it to everyone!!

10/31/25 Customer service was very good and the experience was great. The system seems to work well and is very easy to navigate. I have been using other services but Eagle cast seem to be one of the best.

Very fast and efficient customer service with excellent viewing options. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an easy way to see everything they're looking for at a great price.

Only get EagleCast if you want to have, not only the worst service, but the worst customer service ever. I got eagle cast about 1-1.5 months ago, At first, the system worked fine, once I had my Fire stick plugged up and set. And then, all of a sudden, my EagleCast completely stopped working. It would either take me to a white page immediately and then back to my Fire TV Home page; or it would let me into the home screen on EagleCast, and then freeze, go white and back to the Fire TV Home page. After about a week of not being able to watch literally anything through EagleCast, I decided to use the "handy dandy" chat feature that they offer. Boy, was that a mistake. I got sent to Gabriel, and when I say that he could care less about what is happening on your end of the phone, I mean it. He does not take ownership for ANYTHING, nor will he listen to your requests to talk with a manager or anyone other than him. Mind you, other than EagleCast, my Fire stick was working FINE. I would watch other channels on it, other shows, etc. He sends me into downloader with a new code, which did not work - he then sends me on a troubleshooting goose chase. After we get it back online and plugged back in, it does the same thing on downloader; so he gives new troubleshooting - this time though, the fire stick no longer did anything. He had me try it 4 more times; and even tried to get me to force restart, which I tried and failed because it wasn't even an option because the goose chase he put me on, literally fried my fire stick to where I cannot even reset to factory settings. Once he did this, he said, this isn't an EagleCast issue, you need to call Amazon and then get back with us.... I'm sorry dude, what? You had me here for 1.5 hours, give me to a manager. Wouldn't let me talk to anyone. I said I wanted to cancel my services and get a refund - he wouldn't do that either because they "switched payment providers" and the only "potential" way that I could get refunded is through Crypto... I'm sorry but what scheme are we running here. He said EagleCast will not get a new Fire stick to me because "it's not their fault and they didn't do anything." As stated, everything (outside of EagleCast) was working PERFECTLY before my pointless, useless, egregious call with Gabriel. I will NOT be recommending EagleCast to anyone, and if you're thinking about it - run away. Pay a few dollars more for something that is actually reliable. Something that you can get set up without needing specific directions and cringy apps that you have to download to even find it. I work in Customer Service and I would NEVER give this "company" the light of day again. Horrible service, horrible customer service, horrible everything.

Been using eaglecast for 3 months. I am so glad that I found a good solid service and I mean that it's hard to find that out there. That being said I went ahead and got the 2 year subscription. I don't see myself going anywhere. Eaglecast TV is awesome. And great customer service experience..

Been using Eaglecast for 4 months with top notch support and quality streams. They are one of the few iptv services that offer catch up service which allow you to rewind and watch past 2 days of tv on some channels. Its like having a DVR. Keep it up Eaglecast!

I had a hard time getting this installed. Gabriel was extremely patient and helpful. Especially with tech illiterate people😆

First I tried a 48 hour trial, I liked it so much and wanted more time, so bought a 3 month subscription. So far I have been very happy with the service. Picture is very clear with their HD broadcastig, I have had very little buffering, but could be my internet and no fault of EaglecastTV. Anytime I have a question either Michael or Gabrial anwsers very fast. I love the service and will be telling my friends about it, and great thing is you can pay with a credit card, because I don't know how to pay with bitcoin and that is the reason I am leaving my current service. I recommend you give this awesome service a try.

Tech Support folks on chat were very patient with me. This is appreciated when trying something completely new. Answered questions well and led me step by step when needed.

Nothing but Top notch customer service.... Tried the trial and only had for a half hour n new right away that this was the service I wanted.... So I signed for 3 month service and Gabriel handled it like a pro.... Love the service and customer service.... Thanks!

I give it 5 stars because that's the maximum amount I can give. Thus far, the service is flawless. My wife and I and my family are truly enjoying the service.

I've been using IPTV services for quite a few years, this is by far the best one I've used. Works perfectly, and if there is an issue, it's resolved right away (had a few channels stop working). The customer service has been more than amazing as well, their team answers right away at any time I've chatted.

I've been using IPTV services now for about 9 years and have tried many providers. Eaglecast is the best provider i have seen so far. Great customer service, no freezing, excelent channel selection. The V2 app is outstanding and meets all of my requirements. Defenatly recommend this provider.

Outstanding customer service. Mike Joel Gabriel are outstanding. And?? Extremely prompt & courteous. Any issue encountered (streaming is never perfect, too many factors & variables) they have fixed & repaired 100%. Best service I’ve had including FIOS!!

These guys are the best I have three or four other platforms and this one is as good or better than any easy payment plan easy to work and great customer service and trust me I know about other platforms I have quit several overpayment plan too hard this is a breeze great customer service

I have been looking for an IPTV provider since my old one is no longer online. I decided to do a trial with EagleCast based on reviews. I was able to get high resolution streams and I really like the ability to have multiple streaming screens without buffering. It didn’t take long for me to subscribe after my trial period.
