Excellent customer service!!!Joel was so helpful with me and patient.Helped with my Bitcoin transaction and was sooo patient because had had never done this before.Guieded me thru the whole process.

The customer support is great - fast, responsive, knowledgeable.

The product is fantastic. Really nice interface, brilliant picture, content seems unlimited, effectively no buffering.

I was a little intimidated by the Bitcoin only payment but as I learned about it was not a big deal.

Really really disappointed that you’ve changed your payment options to crypto only
I don’t use crypto and never will, I understand you doing this because of scumbag freeloaders but Im a pre-existing customer or shall I say I WAS a pre-existing customer, why can’t you allow customers that have proven that they pay and don’t scam you to carry on paying with bank card surly you can allow this.
So frustrating that I’ve now got to go and find another IPTV service
I sincerely hope you do change your policy or at least allow existing customers to pay by card, I will keep eye out on your telegram to see if payment options update in future ( hopefully next couple of days and I’ll be back on a 12 month sub)

We are completing our trial month and have been extremely happy with the service, programming and support but will not be extending our service as I am being told EagleCast will no longer accept credit cards and I am not comfortable w/ crypto payments. Thank you anyway.

I purchased a 2year service and had it for a little over a month and I have to say it has been absolutely great!!! I have 4 tv’s hooked put and have little to no buffering

Their customer service is the best to work with. Responses are quick and helpful even with local channels in your area. I would recommend their service to anyone A+ team

The service has been great to use! I just extended my sub. And, the live support is excellent. Always helpful and patience with my questions. The one thing I really like is that I don't have to download a playlist to use it. Just log in once and it's good to go. Highly recommend!

For me, this Eagle Cast TV app isn't working the way it's supposed to. Most of the channels (85%) within the app won't load, it only offers between less than 10 channels from other countries (depending from which country you want to see), and even most of those channels don't work. The app crashes constantly, you can't search for a TV series or movie because it keeps saying the content isn't available even when you know for a fact that the title and movie/series is listed in the app. And it’s not a matter of my internet speed or the area where I live cuss me and my brother live in two different cities in California, and this also happens to him. My internet connection is 1 Gbps, and all my other apps work perfectly fine. This is a terrible service, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

What I like most about EagleCast is the quick replies from customer service. Just recently they cleared up a concern I had regarding my account although it took a 3rd response to actually answer my questions. Overall, at this time the streaming service is one of the better ones out there. If you're not happy with your current provider give EagleCast a try

Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. I've had no issue with this service at all. Granted only been using for a month or so. Very little to any buffering at all. Customer service is exceptional. Have an issue, open their website, the correct one, did come across a few who use the same name basically, do the online chat, and issues are resolved rather quickly. The only thing I really don't like is you have to use crypto for now. Overall, definitely would recommend a trial....

Eaglecast is by far the best iptv service out there!

The tech support service is 24/7 and they get to you right away if you need help.

I've tried a lot of different IPTV services, and this is the best one. Almost no buffering of streams, even when it's a popular event. Very responsive customer service and a great price.

Just the best, they contact you as soon as you have paid, they are probably active and so quick to respond, 100% legit I have used them now for 4 months and love the service the team there are awesome 👍

So far it’s been amazing, great stream quality & support is friendly and quick to respond and sort any issues out! Buffering is non existent & the provided EPG is great, although isn’t 100% (at least for the UK) it’s pretty good compared to the competition. Another bonus is the fact they provide a good app to play from, I don’t even need to use my own Tivimate anymore, they also provide an iOS app that works great as well, I was able to watch the boxing at the pub without issue!

Literally the only bad reviews people have left are because they use crypto, which is super easy to do anyway! Should be a full 5 stars.

Really looking forward to them building out the UK service a little more but so far it’s been a great experience, miles ahead of other services I’ve used and if it stays consistent I’ll definitely be renewing in a few months. I 100% recommend them if you need a provider or are unhappy with your current one like I was.

EagleCast has exceeded my expectations ten fold! I have used several different services similar to EagleCast in the past. Rmhosting, Apollo, Better Than CableTV. EagleCast has been the most reliable by far. Their customer service sets them apart from the rest. I cannot recommend this service enough. Please!!!! Stop giving your hard earned dollars to the big box cable oligarchs. You will not be disappointed. If you have issues with setting it up, customer service will walk you step by step through the process. The process is not difficult. I would say I am above average when it comes to tech type setups. I will tell you this much. My father who is in his 70’s was able to set the service up with no issues. I hope this helps anyone that is skeptical or apprehensive about using a new streaming service.
