I am very disappointed. I love the service not happy that I have to pay with bitcoin. Do not like anything to do with bitcoin. Please go back t being able to use credit card payment.

100% agree with Tommy Wong. Utilized a trial period. Was highly impressed and liked the service and wanted to move forward with a subscription, but alas credit card 'not working". I too do not want to utilize bitcoin and pay additional fees (assuming there would be fees). Was initially told by customer service to check back in a couple of days. I've now been checking back for many weeks. Website still clearly states credit cards are an accepted payment form. Customer service is engaged and responsive. But apparently only offering service to people using bitcoin. Very disappointing.

Have used the company for about a year, they respond via chat immediately and work to/always resolve any issue swiftly.. I spoke with a Michael and he was clear and concise, fixed my issue in 5 minutes or less.. would recommend this service to everyone!

The best I've used and I've used many, minimal buffering, epg populates w/good accuracy, customer service responds in minutes not days, I had a problem with the app on my shield Pro but they gave me a workaround, I hope they stay around keep up the good work guys. I'm a little apprehensive of leaving this good review because I've had other companies in the past as they get bigger the buffering starts.

I did a trial run and most of everything seems find. Their team is quick to response but some of their solutions just out in the left field. Few channels (not essential) buffered that didn't get fix during testing.
My biggest issue with Eaglecast.tv is that they asked for payment in bitcoin which Im not a fan of. Their excuse was that their payment system went down. After several days, they had no idea when it will be backup. Major disappointment.

Eaglecast TV customer service is the Chick-fil-A of the streaming world. I couldn't believe the streaming is steps above the last 8 or so streaming platforms I paid for. Like the geico commercial... I just saved a bunch of money on my cable bill by switching to Eaglecast

Today I was experiencing an issue on all five of my tv connections with seeing the EPG for all channels. I contacted the chatroom for help. Between Joel and Gabriel they patiently walked me through each and every step to get this corrected. The first four TVs were rather academic. However there were difficulties getting the fifth tv updated. Gabriel had to walk me through numerous other steps dealing with uninstalling old apps, deleting downloaded files etc etc. It was becoming overwhelming to me. However Gabriel stayed on course and precisely walked me through each tedious step until we got it right. This was one of the absolute BEST experiences I’ve had in many years working through an issue while taking instructions from a technician through a chatroom. I commend your technicians for their steadfast support. They truly are phenomenal.
Payment is bullsahit…
It works very good but it been over 6 months and I always pay with card but now they go say oh you can't pay with cards only with this Crypto bull shit and they can't tell you why
IPTV Scammers
Said that they only accept crypto payments. I paid them $30 for three months and they stopped responding. Everything was responsive until they received money.

Service is excellent. First review i read was from a Bill a day ago. Before you write a review know what your talking about. The service is NOT shut down as I am watching it now. The service is excellent hands down.

I give them one star because zero isn’t an option. The service started out good, but after about two weeks, I started experiencing significant delays loading channels, IF the loaded at all. When I tried to request support, the replies would not come until 2-3 days later. I’ve requested a refund and it’s taken over a week to confirm if/when this will happen.
Edit Note: perhaps there is more than one Eagle Cast, and I got the wrong one? However, I tried to get info on the site that appears to be the one of the responder below, and it seems to take me to a whole different service called “Khaby”… which makes me believe there’s something strange going on, which leads me to avoid any company called Eagle Cast

Great service
Great service! I have had many streaming services in the past 10 years this is definitely one of the best. Very few issues and almost always solid streams with little to no buffering. Worth the money for sure.
Customer Service
First... the service trial was excellent and Gabriel was very helpful! So much so that I decided to buy the 2 year plan. The experience of this service was net zero buffer issues and all movies and series worked without a hitch. Coming from my last service this was a breath of fresh air.
I would STILL buy this service but that's the problem.
My payment declined Gabriel asked me to have my card accept international purchases and he extended my trial 48hours because of the holiday. Again very pleased! Thanks again Gabriel.
Second... fast forward to today.
Card international payment enabled and still declined. Gabriel was not there today, today I got Michael! Mike needs to maybe take some CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!
Mike's response was use a different card. (red flag raised in the distance) my card is visa with money available and enabled for this purchase!
He again said use a different card and adds please to it. I said I don't have another card to which he replied do you have cashapp. I do. I can pay with my card or pay with cash app. He says watch this video and go buy some bitcoin to pay that way. Again red flag!
I'm older and do realize time is passing me by but I haven't reached bitcoin status and know nothing about it therefore I'm not comfortable with it. So I told Mikey that if they couldn't help me through my visa card they asked me to use and couldn't accept payment from cash app that I would have to find another service to use. Mike left me without response until I goated a reply to which he simply said okay sure.
The 1 star isn't because of the product or Gabriel it isn't even because of Mike's response to my situation. (I probably deserved it due to my Karen comment)
The 1 star review is for the way the service department without a care just simply dismissed the entire thing. No f@cks Given!

UPDATE!
I did try another card and it was the same situation. When I went to chat Mike wasn't there Gabriel was, and again Gabriel took the time to make sure that I felt comfortable enough to get past the feeling of being scammed. I did have to jump through some hoops to get it done but it's past me now and hopefully I won't have issues for 2 years.

Had this service for a year if not more now very impressive quality of picture and great amount of channels.
