she explained the procedure step by step.
I had prepared beforehand using medical grade olive oil in my ears to soften the wax for 5 days and it meant the whole process was painless, the results are fantastic.

I was having problems and in some pain with an ear infection. I met with Ewen and was delighted with treatment and recommendations he made . He also arranged a follow up appointment to check on condition. Great service, would definitely recommend this company.

All in all it was a professional and relatively comfortable experience, my consultant was informative, professional and friendly and she kept me fully informed throughout the procedure.

My appointment was at the stepps clinic. I Was a bit apprehensive going in.
Aileen greeted me with a warm, friendly welcome and explained the whole process.
The whole procedure was done in very professional manner and Aileen kept me informed every step of the way.
I can honestly say the whole procedure was done with ease and in a relaxed manner.
Thankfully, I’m now earwax free.

I was a bit anxious about having this procedure - I have lifelong tinnitus, narrow channels, high sensitivity to aural discomfort, and am a professional musician. Leighann immediately put me at ease, clearly explaining how the micro-suction/irrigation would work and constantly checking that I was as comfortable as possible during the appointment. She was clearly highly expert in the process, efficient, friendly and sympathetic, and my hearing is now better than it has been for years. Many thanks!

Melissa at the South Queensferry did a great job for my 17 year old son. It's not easy finding a clinic willing to deal with under 18s, but she was so knowledgeable and had a lovely manner. She explained everything in a very clear way and was extremely thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Leighann was incredible from the start, I had been deaf in one ear for a number of years and just lived with it until I found this place , everything was explained to me, I was made to feel right at ease and always asking if everything was okay while doing her work. I am now a different person being able to hear in what I had accepted as being deaf . Leighann was incredible would highly recommend booking in with herself if you are considering the treatment

Effective and efficient ear wax removal service. Diane and Euan were great. Explained what they were going to do. One ear was particularly challenging but they persevered with micro-suction and water irrigation with success.
