I had a blocked ear which was causing discomfort. EARS Clinics, Newton Mearns was able to give me an appointment the same day and the wax was removed. Kinza was brilliant and very thorough. I will be going back!

This is second time I’ve visited the. Clinic and can highly recommend. Not only expertise in ear care but excellent surroundings. I saw Melissa yesterday and she was excellent. Wow, night and day the difference!

Being able to book a Saturday appointment is a great bonus. Aileen explained the whole process at the start and made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout. As my ear canals are so narrow, her task was not easy, but she did a brilliant job ensuring that all the wax was removed from both ears and I can now hear perfectly again. Many thanks. She was gentle, and thorough. I felt so at ease with her. When I visited Edinburgh last April, she removed my ear wax… so when I arrived in August, I needed the same procedure. So I felt so confident to have Melissa work on my ears again.
