Very disappointed

Very disappointed, plant arrived damaged after ten days. Contacted the company and sent over photographs but as of yet no reply from customer care. Had high expectations from this company but sadly I won’t use them again!!

Seriously disappointed

I had to chase the company a number of times for non delivery of a plant I ordered. The web site is not user friendly and, despite sending a number of messages, it was only by tracking down the phone number of a senior person that I was told the plant had been returned as damaged. Some 3 weeks after ordering my money was reimbursed. All extremely frustrating as the plant was a gift for my sick granddaughter.

Disaster from start to finish

Disaster from start to finish. Took two weeks to arrive, arrived on the one day I asked for it not to be delivered as the website says you can contact them to discuss delivery. Had to chase and chase to find out what was happening. Wouldn’t refund or request the courier returned to them so had to throw the plant away due to mental illness related issues with the day it was delivered (bin day). Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service would stay…

Terrible customer service would stay away no contact from staff and also lied to by the company. Placed order on the 17th of February did not hear anything so emailed on the 21st to check when the plants will be sent. I got no response so emailed on the 22nd. I then got a response to say it will be dispatched on the morning of the 23rd. Asked them for tracking on the 24th to no response. Contacted them on the 26th to see what was going on with my plants. Then I contacted on the 27th still no response so then contact clear pay to now get a tracking number so the plants were not sent on the day they said. I still have not received them and not expecting them to turn up at all disgusting

I'd like to apologise for the delay in your order. We are in the process of switching couriers and last week the process didn't run as smoothly as it should have which effected our delivery times.

Fortunately, we have since rectified the situation and are beginning to operate at our usual standard.

You should've now received an email with your tracking number (it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking to update)

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused and hope you are happy with your plants once they arrive.🌿

Can’t actually fault e&v - deliveries take longer than Amazon prime but the customer service is very personal and helpful. Staff genuinely know and care about the health of your plants and you get ongoing support. My plants are healthy and thriving and that’s the main thing

I ordered a plant a week ago hoping to…

I ordered a plant a week ago hoping to be delivered before my partners birthday on the 23rd. Today I checked the status of delivery and a message appeared saying any orders after the 12th won’t be delivered for Christmas. Was never told or advised on delivery dates before or after purchase.

Hi Shane, sorry to hear you weren't happy with our service. It looks as though you placed your order on Friday evening and therefore not a week ago. We have had a banner, pop up and delivery page indicating our last Christmas delivery date on the website since the start of December. Due to strikes, our last delivery date was earlier than it usually would be. For future reference, please check our delivery pages or pop us an email if you need your item before a certain date - we'd be more than happy to assist you.

Lovely Plant

Lovely plant healthy and easy to maintain. Very well packaged and will buy again from Earth & Vine. This was my first time ordering from them.

Not the best experience

Not the best experience. Placed order and paid on Friday, during next few days received multiple emails asking me for payment; waited few days for customer service to answer that my order went through and emails are sent automatically cause I’ve abandoned the order (?); since then no contact, no confirmation of shipment, no delivery, no answer to my emails. After a week I’ve sent email asking for the order cancellation and refund, which I’ve received without any comments. Happy to get my money back but wouldn’t recommend the company (too much stress for nothing).
