My plants arrived damaged. The packaging was not good. Also I did not receive one of my weeping fig plant that cost me £20.00. I will not be buying anymore plants from Earth and Vine.

What a wonderful website Earth and Vine have!. Full of valuable information on the care of plants and beautiful photographs of their range of plants which is extensive. My first experience of ordering went a little awry and the Jubilee Holiday got in the way of delivery dates, but Tim in Customer Services was ace and helped me navigate through this slight problem and my Peace Lily arrived very securely and gently parcelled up and in beautiful condition! So much so that I immediately ordered my next plant and some Jungle Food fertiliser to help them stay healthy. I shall be ordering again soon! An excellent source of indoor plants!

**Update following response: i am concerned as to any supplier of live plants who openly acknowledges packaging plants for delivery 3 days prior to collection by courier. While an excuse is given for lack of response to messages over the weekend, a) it would seem sensible to ensure live plants are not held by a courier over the weekend; and b) earlier emails were not responded to either unfortunately. Additionally, despite the 'assurances' given regarding the parcel status, the courier has provided timeline showing the parcel had not been collected at the time the assurances were given.

As I said, the plants were satisfactory, but I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. I personally will not shop here again, but I wish the seller the best with their future endeavours.

Website looked good, purchase process was straightforward and there was a good selection of payment options. Price wise I would say this seller is competitive in comparison to others and I had looked for the specific plants I purchased amongst several sellers before opting for Earth and Vine.

Aftersales was somewhat lacking and a but of a disappointment if I'm honest. I did not feel I was kept up to date on the progress of my order, and some of the information was inaccurate or misleading.

I paid via Klarna, with payment due date starting from the date of dispatch. This means that as soon as the seller marks the items as dispatched, a payment request is triggered stating the items are on route.

For some reason, the seller marked the plants as dispatched, without dispatching them and, consequently, i received a payment request, but no dispatch note.

I contacted the seller to query, but received no response, so I raised the matter with Klarna and then wrote to the seller again, advising i was escalating the matter. At this point, the seller responded that the plants had already been dispatched and provided tracking.

The tracking provided did not work and the courier advised they had yet to receive a parcel. I contacted the seller again, relaying the courier's message and was told that the courier was delayed.

Finally i received notification that the courier actually collected the item the following day and the plants were out for a Friday delivery.

At this point 4 days had passed since my plants were marked as dispatched and they had only just been received by the courier.

The courier claimed to have attempted delivery, albeit my cctv shows no such attempt. I received courier notification that they were attempting delivery again on the Saturday, but again no attempt was made.

I contacted the seller to advise that the courier had failed to attempt delivery. I did not receive a response. I contacted the courier to complain and they expedited delivery on the Monday.

My plants are well packaged and appear healthy, however the aftersales and customer service was less than ideal and I remain unclear why the seller is marking live plants as dispatched several days before actually dispatching them, as this will naturally concern recipients.

I am happy with the quality of my plants, but I am sorry to say I will not be using this seller again, as customer service response was sporadic, their processes seemed rather strange and, consequently they lost my confidence.

Quick delivery considering I ordered just before Christmas. My plant was well packaged and looked really healthy.

Earth and Vine have a beautiful selection of plants and I was able to get a suitable gift for someone special! Their site is easy to navigate, although the first tracking update was a little slow- however that's probably because of the time of year. I would buy from them again!
