Bought this product wanting to reduce my plastic usage. There are two of us in my household and initially (well over a year ago) I received a big box of sheets that is still more than half full.
Right before I left the states for Europe, I received another large box and a bill stating that I had signed up for a subscription.I HAD NOT.
Customer service was not helpful and getting the situation straightened, which would have looked like, cancel subscription, return product refund my money.
It is a shame that you look for companies that help you do the right thing and they put you on a SUBSCRIPTION????

I tried to place an order tonight and last minute realized it was for the fragrance; I can’t do that so I reversed course and changed to unscented or so I thought. But something went wrong and both $57 orders went through which meant my total was well over $100 ouch! And half was fragrance which I can’t use. I immediately within minutes reached out to customer service explaining the situation and asking them to correct my order to the single $57 order of unscented. They replied it was “too late because it had been shipped” and I’m like, no it was a minute ago. Trust me it hasn’t. I did a back and forth which was super stressful and finally sent an all caps email threatening to report them and review them poorly all over and also telling them that they’d lost me as a customer. They finally replied (after that really stressful escalation) that they’d review my case.

An hour later I got a notice that both orders had been sent.

Good news is — this was an awful enough experience I’ll never forget and make the mistake of purchasing from them again.
Bad news is I’m out $131.78 for a product I didn’t budget for and half of which I literally cannot use.

Earthbreeze sheets clean my clothes better than my previous detergent and I get less wastage as I'm pretty clumsy and tend to spill stuff and with this I don't have to worry about that so it is more economical for me, as well as much better for the environment due to the paper packaging they come in, instead of using single use plastic. Great customer service when a pack went missing at Christmastime too. Another was sent out and received very quickly.

I was Charged $13.07 On February 4, 2025 for a product I did NOT Order.
I Ordered it Once? Probably months ago And was Never Agreed to BE Placed on ANY! Automatic payment plan!🥺 And have NO IDEA Why? Am being Charged For A Product that did NOT Order, Do NOT Use Nor! Do I Want.. I AM Extremely Upset About this Business Tactic.. It's Disgusting And Unlawful !!!😤😖😡

I tried Earth Breeze for several months. It left residue on my clothes and did not clean well. I started using Freddie and discovered that it worked sooooo much better! Earth Breeze is a terrible product.

They don't respond to requests for returns, nor other repeated questions. They auto shipped product even after after 2 requests to cancel the shipment and unsubscribe. My advice is to AVOID these people because they are NOT trustworthy and honorable. Product NOT colorfast...noticed fading of colored clothing...but they won't answer questions about it. Also not good in humid climate...all the sheets glue together. And it's highly overpriced considering it's simplicity ...it should be cheaper, not twice the price of other bulky detergents.

Good alternative and affordable, and supports good cause, count me in.

It's Xmas time and I had not received my order yet.
They answered me thoroughly and even checked with me days later to see if it arrived yet

I love the laundry detergent!
Clean easy way to do the laundry and always comes out nicely..and I use cold water wash.

All in all..win win situation.

If you don't receive your order, on time, they'll work with you to find your order, they will make it right.

I recently had some question about my account and sent an email. To my surprise I received a reply quickly and was given the proper answer and now I trust Earthbreeze even more. Plus I got useful hints on doing laundry in hard water area. Very kind responses.

I have used Earthbreeze laundry sheets for several years now, and they are, hands down, the best laundry detergent I have ever used. I accidentally ordered the wrong ones last time, and sent an email asking if I could return them, at my cost, and what the restock fee would be. Before the day was over I had a reply email, stating they were refunding my money for the entire order, and to donate or give away the product. Their product is amazing, and so is their customer service. They went above and beyond what I expected.

Excellent customer service and product and good to know I'm saving the planet from more plastic.

Fast and friendly customer service. Understood my issue and took care of it promptly.

Horrible product with harmful chemicals. My husband broke out in hives and my dog developed a terrible rash. DO NOT BUY!

My experience with customer service was great because of the kind, helpful, reassuring response I got. I sometimes make mistakes when ordering online and don't know how to fix the mess. Butch assured me that everything could be taken care of, and when I decided what I wanted they were there to help. No pressure. It felt like talking to a real person (it was) who could solve any problem.This is a company that cares about their customers and the world.

Butch provided excellent and understanding customer service regarding an order issue. I have high confidence my order will be correct or promptly corrected if required.

I used Earth Breeze for a year very happily. Someone enticed me to try Clean People. I had a bad allergic reaction the clean people. For both companies, I had ordered fragrance free product. I will happily be using Earth Breeze again. Just ordered more product.

I've tried numerous times to cancel my subscription, but it's impossible. When trying to log in I'm told I don't have an account, so why am I receiving their product & being billed for it. Emails bounce back, please avoid this company like the plague, I can't actually understand how they've received any good reviews.

My previous review was only 1 star but eventually someone messaged me back on Instagram and cancelled my subscription for me. They were very helpful in the end so I’ve amended the review it seemed only fair.
