I had ordered for the first time from their site and realized after about a month that while I had gotten a notification that my order shipped, I hadn't received it yet.

I reached out to the company via email to ask about my order. It had shown as delivered on their end but they were kind enough to resend a new order to me.

I received my order in the mail today and am excited to try the laundry sheets!

Customer service was top notch and I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for the quick resolution!

Honestly great customer service. My order didn't arrive and they promptly sent other another. The product works great and no more jugs to carry up 2 flights of stairs. Thank you Earth Breeze

Everyone needs to give this a shot! I am personally so happy I made the switch! I do physically intensive work for a minimum of 10 hours a day. (Both indoors and out.) This detergent really works! Color me impressed! And the space it saves with no large jugs cluttering up my closet or creating more waste for our planet. Well, all I can say is WOW!
But wait... it gets even better...
Can you believe the company itself is as equally friendly to its customers as their product is to the environment?! Absolutely blows my mind!! Super fast and helpful! I am happily hooked!

In accordance to their promotion, it was a bundle package for buying an entire year worth of detergent sheets which includes but not limited to:

-10 packs of 60 detergent sheets at 40% off plus the following gifts;
-washing machine cleaner tablets (3)
-metal case for detergent sheets
-three dryer wool balls

To my surprise it came a lot earlier than expected but missing the wool balls. It was already late in the evening (around 7pm PST) but figured I email them regarding to the missing gift before I forget and expected them to respond in a couple days or so. However, they responded within 5 mins of my email with a new confirmation code for a package delivery for the wool balls.

This is on Halloween night, if this is not impressive customer service, I don’t know what is.

The customer service is outstanding as well as the product. Everyone should be using these sheets by now as they tick all the boxes. Also, Ideal for travelling and smell so lovely.

Customer help is so fast and reliable it really matches the excelent product and makes it a wholesome experience!

I love this product, no more plastic jugs and gooey detergent drips! I love how much they donate to those in need. A truly conscious company in all senses of the word. I had a question that was answered immediately. They are indeed, customer delight specialists!!!

After reading other reviews I felt like I had to share my experience. I personally LOVE the company. It is not an easy feat to be a certified B company, much less keep that classification. That in itself is worth my business to me, but they have truly earned my business. Any issue I've had has been handled promptly. Getting an email back from customer service in under an hour is pretty remarkable in today's marketplace. I have had nothing but stellar interaction with the company.
Now for as the effectiveness of the product I have no issues. One thing I have noticed is that the lack of heavy perfumes leaves some feeling like their clothes aren't clean, but I have never been unsatisfied with the cleanliness of my clothes. I personally feel like my colors remain brighter because of the lack of residue remaining. My friend uses scent boosters and this solved the issue for her nicely. I would encourage anyone to consider the company. Being Certified B makes it worth it. It's nice to do business with a company that doesn't put profit above responsibilities.

Got them as Full Of Sheet from Shinesty and couldn't be more pleased that I have already reordered before subscription even renewed. Anything that eliminates pollution from product manufacturing, & use without plastic bottles, while doing the same thing should be prioritized for obvious reasons.

Not quite sure what happened with all the people who wrote bad reviews, but I've had zero problem with the Earthbreeze laundry sheets, they get all of my clothes, including towels clean! I did have a group of old microfiber shop rags, that of course had oil stains on them. I thought I would use Earth Breeze and see how it got those shop Rags clean. I did not expect the stains to come out, which they did not, but the shop Rags were perfectly fine and really clean after running them through the wash.

I also needed to change the subscription from once a month to once every 2 months. All it took was going online and making the change. Easy as pie.

I have bought Earthbreeze sheets and had them sent to my sisters and brothers to try out. All five of them have swtched to use the Earthbreeze sheets. One of my sisters has very hard well water. She says they work better than the liquid detergents.

Amazing customer service, had some problems with my shipment and got it resolved quickly. They really care about their customers!

I got a lot of damaged or destroyed towels. I finally narrowed it down to the Earth Breeze washer sheets. discontinued my subscription, threw away the rest, and voila! No more holes in my towels.

Signed up for auto subscription, said 60 loads but in reality is is 60 half loads which is really only 30 loads. But I even used 2 sheets and still didn't clean my clothes which are not heavily stained or anything. Great idea but horrible product.

The product is fine however their sales gimmicks leave me with a bad taste. I placed an order for 1 pack for 21 bucks they then offer a deal to get a 3 pack for 31 bucks. I selected the upgrade however they don't inform you in an obvious fashion that you still pay for the 1 at 21 and then the 3 at 30 plus so the order ends up being 51 bucks. There is no easy way to change it back bit that's obviously a scam tactic and although not the end of the world how about you do better.

I placed an order an opted for the annual plan. They proceeded to charge my card 29 times @ $172 each for 29 annual plans. This action triggered the fraud department with my credit card. I also had a completely random charge on my card from a company called madmuscles, a company I've never done business with. Coincidence? Possibly, but I don't believe so. Now my card has been cancelled and I need to redo all my auto pay accounts. It came out to be more than $5000 because they also charged me for the initial single packet I originally signed up for before they said it's not too late to change your plan to an annual plan for additional savings. I don't know if the "site" was fraudulent, or the "company", or if malware was part of it. All I know is that the trust factor has been lost with this company.

I had an issue as others did with clicking the full order, but it was instantly refunded upon speaking with customer service, and I got to keep the product. I was so happy with how they cared for the client that I decided to jump on auto-ship for the single package after a year. I wish to support their endeavors, especially with their honest business practices. I hope the initial product ad has changed. It's worth doing business with them. I never use a half sheet, though. I usually need at least one whole one.

I was reading some of the reviews. I’m not sure what people expect. The product is so great and saves so much plastic, I don’t care if their customer service isn’t perfect. Although I’ve never had a problem with them. I find half a sheet works just fine like they say.
If you’re looking for fragrance, go buy Tide or one of the other major brands that use heavy chemical fragrance. I don’t want that on my family’s skin, so I buy the unscented. Overall, a brilliant product for the environment.

Terrible company. It is as if they are deliberately incompetent. Somehow I have got 2 separate orders going out each month and yet I only receive one lot? Trying to log onto their site is a nightmare as you have to request a code via email that never arrives! Think I will have to cancel via my credit card provider. The sheets themselves are average at best and big brand companies are now offering the same level of environmentally-friendly products in the supermarkets.
