Not only did the manager of the company respond to me about my freaking out over my order (Sorry!!), but the shoes I received are the most beautiful, masterful pieces of art I’ve ever purchased for myself. Shoes made with natural materials ARE different, and I can feel the difference on my feet. I want to ground everywhere I walk; this purchase was for my health and they are very fashionable as well. Great company and a great product I highly recommend.

Delivery went ahead without any problems, and the products themselves deliver on all their promises. I have gotten better rest and feel emotionally better since I started using them. My wellbeing is also intimately involved with knowing myself and accepting myself, so don’t leave out contemplation when you’re trying to improve your life experience.

I got the chukka boots and sandals and right out the box. Very comfortable for my extra wide feet! I usually can never order shoes on mine but these are perfection!

Still no link offered to return shoes! In a marketing email dated 12/19/25, Brand Manager Julie R. wrote, "Just wanted to make sure you felt seen, supported and never sold to." Stand with your words Julie R. What a marketing plan, generate sales, delay returns and refunds. To Kim in Customer Service, I want a refund!

UPDATE 2/27/26:

I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3 for the following reason:
- The sheet is amazing
- I asked for the company to send me a free grounding rod for all the hassle I experienced and they did.

In truth it took about 2 months for me to get the cord because after I posted this review, the company contacted me saying they would send a replacement cord. However they STILL sent it to the wrong address after all that. They ended up sending me a brand new cord and the grounding rod I requested, so they did try and make amends. Just beware - I would check their shipping timeframes before ordering again, and request constant updates from the company on your purchase. If you do that you might be okay.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This review is for the non-existent customer service - not the product. My sister originally ordered a fitted sheet for me as a Christmas gift. After weeks with no order delivery, she had to hunt down their customer service, to which they informed her that it would not be delivered until after the holiday.

Once it did finally arrive, mine arrived without a cord... which means I can't even use it. Every order is promised to arrive with a cord to allow for grounding. I have reached out to their customer service multiple times, with no response. I even ordered a single cord thinking it might get to me in the meantime while I sort this out, and nothing. No ship date, no anything.

Truthfully this feels illegal and I do not know how this company has stayed in business. Highly disappointed and while it may be a great product, had I known the hassle I would've ordered from somewhere else. Beyond frustrating.

I am so happy with my purchase and even more because I also got a pair for my mom. Since I first started wearing them I noticed better posture and less hip pain. As I kept using them more and more the hip pain has significantly decreased and it’s almost none 80% of the time. Love them. Thank you. 🙏🏽

This company is terrific. I had an issue with the sizing when I received them first, contacted the company and they issued an exchange for a larger size. Response time was very good. These shoes are lovely and clearly handmade with great care. The quality is excellent, and they're comfortable right out of the box. I am very happy with this purchase

zero stars. their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced ~ I placed an order for 2 top sheets. I wanted to exchange them for a larger size. they replied to one email then ghosted me. I have called and left 3 phone messages as they NEVER answer their phones. The representatives are always going to call you back. I have sent several emails. FRAUDULENT company!

I got my Huarche sandals yesterday and they are amazing!! The fit is great. They feel both luxurious and casual, like they can be dressed up or down. They are definitely the nicest shoes I've had and I love that I am grounded in them! I like that they are sandals but with closed heal and toes, it feels more secure to me walking in them. I walked a fair bit in them today and they were comfy the entire time. Even though it was a little bit cold here in Texas, my feet were warm! I look forward to breaking them in more. It’s possible it may be rubbing on my ankle but once it’s broken in I’m sure it will be just fine. I look forward to telling everyone about EarthingHarmony when I get complimented on them! :)

I ordered a pair of shoes, which did not fit properly, and were not worth the nearly $200. cost. I have been trying for a week, to get a return label sent to me, so that I can return the shoes. I have had lengthy thread with their chat bot, Lisa, and a "supposed customer service rep" named Kim (a DOZEN back and forth emails), with no return label offered or sent. I have also tried calling the phone number on the website, several times, during their stated hours, with no luck. Their logo specifically mentions 45 day money-back guarantee. I feel like they are trying to run out the clock, then tell me I can no longer return the shoes, because the 45 days is up. I will never order from this company again, and I suggest you think twice.

Jessel kicked butt on getting my wife's grounding sandal sent after we had a mix up with the size. As for the sandals they are great quality leather and nice solid copper pin/rivet for earth grounding. Would definitely recommend shopping here for a good pair of grounding shoes.

Best thing ever
I have been using them now for over two years. And I missed them so much when I travelled or sent to visit family that I now take a sheet and pillow slip and cables with me wherever I go. My body misses them so much - with them I sleep better and wake up feeling good. Highly recommend them

This is an update to my one star review. I was very unhappy because the grounding sheets I was sending to my daughter as a holiday gift never arrived. I reached out to the company more than once but never got an answer. I was aware the problem was with carrier.

Once the company responded they were great. They credited me back a generous portion of the purchase price and resent a second set of sheets. My daughter loves them and has now recommended them to me and her friends. I am removing thecone star review.

Great shoes, comfy from the minute you put them on. Don't be nervous by the thin sole, they are amazingly perfect for all feet, especially if you are looking for a minimal shoe with zero rise. I have the slide in brown and black, great with dresses, jeans or shorts!

I bought earth harmony moccasins , grounding mat and bed mat.I hoped they would help an open sore on my ankle heal and they have. Remarkably Grounding has also lowered my sugar by 30 points and I have reduced my METFORMIN by half!

I purchased my penny loafers. I ordered the incorrect size. I immediately reached out to the company. They rectified this problem immediately! None of us are perfect however they corrected MY mistake. I now have my new shoes and am totally enjoying them. More to come as I wear them more.

I ordered the wrong size twice! The Earthing Harmony team helped me find the right size, and the exchanges were seamless. I love these shoes! Super comfy. A tip for other shoppers: order your euro size. I'm a Euro size 39.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I followed all of their instructions to make a return. I am still waiting over a month. They keep making excuses as to why I cannot be refunded. Extremely unorganized. I should have known id never get my money back as they kept trying to convince me to keep the shoes. Don’t buy from Earthing Harmony!!

I wanted to actually wear my long boots before leaving a review. I'm very happy with my boots. And am looking forward to ordering some shoes. Going without socks has been a bit different. But I'm surprised my feet don't get sweaty in my boots. Their very comfortable to wear. I'm happy with my purchase.
