Ordered an item that is still listed as available on their website. Got an email quickly after saying it would be delayed. Two weeks later they are nowhere to be seen.

Great products and good value for money. Excellent service and communication. I’ll be buying again!

I have recently purchased three tee shirts from Earth Wardrobe. Good website, delivery was quick, and I am delighted with the quality, fit and colours. I have yet to wash them, but have no doubt they will stand the test of time and many washings. So good to find a genuinely ethical product today.

The clothing in the website looks good, and interests me. However, i sent a message with a query about sizing. I had to use one of those web forms, which aren't good because one doesn't get a record. Basically I didn't get any response at all. Obviously that is disappointing and makes me wonder about the quality of customer service generally - I note that some people have had difficulties. I haven't placed an order yet - because I don't want to risk having to pay for a return+refund

I had a delay in my order but was notified throughout and even had a check in by the owner to make sure the delivery had gone through.
The clothes were well worth the wait. Buttery soft, breathable. Great for my skin and the environment. I will be ordering again. Many thanks to the Earth Wardrobe team.

I should have trusted my gut and not spend any money on a company that is not that well known!

Ordered over a week ago and nothing. So I contacted them a few days ago via their online contact form. Of course no reply. So now I am going through PayPal to try get my money back!

Ordered from other high street stores with no issues whatsoever even returned some items and got a refund already! All within a week!

What a waste of time and energy.

I sincerely do not recommend this company! You can buy based on other good reviews but I’m with the ones who’s had or having similar experiences as I am.

***Edit: I did eventually get a response and was refunded. The only reservation I have is the lack of communication. I do like the look of some of their products so it is a shame I did not get a chance to see them.

The quality of the clothes and the ethical approach are excellent.Orders are slow to arrive but worth the wait. Very pleased with my order.

I succumbed to the Facebook advert and bought a couple of things. Prices were good and arrived in 4 or 5 days.

I thought perhaps they were own branded products but they were from other manufacturers (who are well known).

I don't buy many new clothes these days as trying to cut down on unnecessary consumption (but do try to buy ethically) and do recommend this company and will doubtless be back at some point.

Lovely garments made out of natural materials. Affordable and excellent quality. Post purchase follow-up also a nice touch. Thank you

Great quality basics at an affordable price!

I had a great buying experience with them. My order was delayed but I received regular updates via email. I was very happy and impressed with the fit and quality of the items when they arrived. I’ll definitely buy from them again.

I love the quality of my t-shirt, it’s soft, cool and well made. I also thought their customer service was excellent - you get to interact with a real person rather than a chatbot which can never help.

Earth Wardrobe have a great ethos and really good customer service. The products I ordered are lovely and delivery was fast and seamless.

I ordered an item with the understanding that the delivery would be within a few days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery was delayed. I received apologetic emails explaining the situation and updating me on the new arrival date. The item arrived and I love it. Excellent quality and design.
I then received a further update checking all was in order.
I very much appreciated level of customer care. They could not have done more to reassure me that it would arrive, albeit late and that they were deeply apologetic.
I would certainly buy from Earth Wardrobe again.

Ordered with high hopes as really I bought into the ethos of the company. My item arrived inside out and screwed up in a ball. I took photos and sent them to customer service via the website and also at the same time had an email from the company to see if I was happy with my item. I was not! I replied with same details and photos. The boss Chris said he would investigate. 22 March and still no response. I waited to write this review to give them a chance to get back to me but not a word.
1. What was going on sending out items like that.
2. Knowing there had been an issue raised and then completely ignore it.
I shan’t bother using them again!

I love the fact this independent company sell organic cotton items in multiple colours, really not easy to find elsewhere!

First order with Earth Wardrobe was great, the hoodie came really quickly and was good quality. Chris checked with me a day after delivery to make sure everything was okay and that I was happy with my order. I will be ordering again in the future!
