I never had such a high quality sweatshirt! You have to feel this material to believe it! I have been showing them to my friends and every one of them is so impressed they said they will also make an order. I am also buying some as presents; guaranteed to please. The 100% organic cotton is so dense and strong yet soft and warm as well. The cut is perfect. I bought the heavy drop shoulders and the standard hoody and love wearing them so much I am ordering more!

The garments are beautifully made and use organic cotton, which I strive for. It is not easy to find organic cotton long sleeve shirts that are also pretty cool--I got an orange and a stripped one and love them. The service was also perfect. Fully recommend.

Delighted with all my purchases (cotton fleece leggings, hoodie and bra) and also to have finally found a website that sells clothing made with organic cotton and other sustainable materials. It's quite tricky these days to find a website or brand that doesn't sell plastic clothing so I'm delighted that finally I'll be able to get a variety of clothes from one place instead of having to search for hours several different websites. Amazing!

The customer service from Chris at Earth Wardrobe is second to none. Please buy with confidence because this business knows about true customer service and quality goods with reasonable prices. From my own experience I will now try to always buy here both for its eco friendly credentials but even more for its friendly, caring service. The two tops I bought are outstanding and I'm so pleased. Brilliant.

I have bought good clothes over the years from Earth Wardrobe, especially the fabrics of mixed cotton and wool. The shipping can be a bit slow and the returns even slower, which is my only suggestion for improvement, hence the 4 stars, but the customer assistant is responsive, friendly and fair. I have returned many items and there was never a dispute, which is why I trust this company and remain a faithful customer.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, 21 October. After a week(28oct) I contacted and got a reply it will be with me by Thursday. On Friday I email again asking for a tracking number, no replies yet. I contacted them again now asking for an update. I will do a chargeback on my card if I don’t hear anything tomorrow. What a waste of time! All this for a few pairs of socks for my husband. So, so disappointing.

Attention to detail. Letting me know that my order had been received, date of dispatch with tracking number, plus a follow up email to check that everything was OK.

The order arrived yesterday and I am delighted with the three T-shirts I ordered. Excellent value and quality, soft material and lovely colours. I could not ask for more.

As mentioned by others here, the delivery experience is painfully slow with Earth Wardrobe. I waited almost a full week for my order just to be dispatched! That would be forgiven if it was free postage, but its not; you have to pay for postage that takes over a week. What I couldn't understand is that it was then sent via tracked 24! Why doesn't this company just dispatch quicker and pay less for a 48hr service? Customers would be happier, and Earth Wardrobe wouldn't have to field emails from concerned/frustrated customers and they wouldn't get negative reviews on Trustpilot.
I then had to return part of my order as the fit/quality of the Tshirts wasn't great, with weird lumps on the shoulder seams.
The refund process was equally fraught with nothing heard from EW for nearly two weeks. It was only after emailing that I received my refund.
Having previously worked in eCommerce, I know there's just no excuse for taking so long to dispatch or refund. They're never going to entice people away from fast fashion by offering inferior service and poor quality clothing.

The quality, the sizing, the pricing and surviving the laundry all excellent. However, delivery is rubbish. This is my 3rd order and each time at checkout I'm given an eta of 7 days. 3days later that's changed to 10 days, and later on its 2 weeks. Now it shows Royal mail were expecting my parcel 3 days ago! It seems they notify RM they're sending it but don't actually post it. If you return items you are lucky if you get it replaced or a refund. The service is hit and miss consistently. In this day and age a week is a long time to wait let alone 3 weeks. Shame because they've got really good products but they're let down by the despatch side.

My order was delayed but I was kept up to date with when I could expect my items without me having to chase. So nice to have proactive customer service. And when the items arrived, I couldn't be happier - lovely soft cotton and my t-shirts fitted a treat. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Simple but sustainable clothing, no fuss at an affordable price. I was impressed by the sustainable and organic products that don't break the bank!

7 days after ordering and my parcel still had not been dispatched. There’s no contact number to call them directly but they did respond to their email form within 24 hours, and fortunately the parcel was on the way. All items good quality and as described on the website.

I should have read the reviews here before ordering. I would've saved myself the headache.

I ordered October 19th with the guarantee that my package would arrive between October 22-24. My friend was meant to collect the package and bring it to me in Kenya (he was leaving London on the 27th). I placed the order and immediately emailed customer service to let them know my situation and see if I could pay for expedited shipping. No response. Package was not delivered on the 22nd or 23rd. On the 23rd "Chris" emailed me asking what was the latest I could accept the package and I said Sunday the 26th. No response but I noticed that my tracking was updated to show a delivery date of October 28th (too late for my friend to receive the package). I then received an email on the 24th stating that some items had been discontinued and that was the reason for the delayed package but it was promised to arrive in 1-2 days (still enough time for my friend to receive it). I emailed again, asking the discontinued items to be removed and for my package to please be sent ASAP. No response. I emailed multiple different customer support lines on Saturday again explaining the situation and requesting that my available items be shipped immediately. No response. I finally got a one line email from "Chris" Monday morning saying "so sorry, shall we cancel the order?" I am so displeased with the lack of communication and the terrible customer support from this company. I've seen so many reviews about the fabulous quality of clothes but seems as though actually receiving what you order is hit and miss so I wouldn't bother.

Fantastic experience. Highly recommended! Quality is far beyond my expectations.
