Had my appointment in Reading Park medical clinic today. PS was very professional and explained the procedure clearly.

The service was top-notch, and it was a huge relief to experience no ear discomfort. Definitely a worthwhile investment.

First class service and a great relief not to have pressure in my ears money well spent

I went completely deaf because I use earplugs, booked appointment for wax removal. Had one for next day locally, no fuss filled out form and the nurse started straight away. My left ear was solid wax , I haven't met a person so determined to finish the job so satisfactorily, well done 10/10 .

The assistant that booked me in was lovely and very helpful and Penny, the lady that did my treatment was wonderful. I have a long history of hearing loss and went to the appointment with an hearing aid as I had no hearing in my left ear and very little in my right ear. I have never had this treatment before and wow, just wow, I came out of the appointment with what I can only describe as superhero hearing!!! If you have any doubts about having this done, don’t! It’s by far the best investment to be able to hear the rain, the birds, a clock tick or your loved ones laughing! Don’t suffer in literal silence, love your ears and hearing and go have the treatment! Thank you so much. X

On arrival we were met with a very open and warm welcome and the process before was very easy. Penny was very lovely and reassured any concerns. The removal itself wasn’t uncomfortable at all and was a very seamless process. Would definitely recommend!

Penny Robinson at the Swindon clinic provided an efficient and professional service. Not only did she do a great job of clearing my ears, but gave very useful advice on keeping them clear.

Parked right outside the Westbury hill branch, the receptionist welcomed me by name and had me seated with a form whilst she informed the audiologist I was here. Completed form and went straight through, was made to feel completely at ease with everything explained at each stage, ear wax removal all went smoothly and was advised of aftercare. Was a bit giddy after which sometimes happens and was looked after with a glass of water and seated until I was ready to go. I felt cared for from start to end of visit. The audiologist and receptionist were both highly professional, welcoming, friendly and I would highly recommend this branch to anyone with an ear wax build up!

Subtle environment, great service delivery, friendly staff and very time conscious. Within a few minutes the process was all done and my ear was unblocked. Happy client!

I would like to give praise to a lovely lady at earway care @Norbreck Rd Blackpool she was called Sonya Mathieson, I went a long to have my ear’s syringed , this lady made me feel so relaxed & told me what to expect so that it would make it easier for me knowing what was going to happen, she did an amazing job, & anyone having this problem I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lady, best results I can now hear & amazed just what came out of my ears .

Friendly informative staff, super quick painless procedure and I can hear again! Slightly more expensive than others advertising in the local area but the only one with a same day appointment so well worth the money in my opinion.

At 83 I’ve experienced them all from the large metal syringe, pumped water and micro suction. I’ve had my hearing damaged by NHS micro suction so I do believe I am well placed to comment. Without doubt my recent experience of micro suction with the Imperial nurse was the best procedure yet. Very impressed with the experience of the nurse and her excellent technique. My Wife has had life long hearing issues and can only have micro suction, without doubt she will be seeing the nurse I had at our local surgery.

Have been having trouble with the build up of wax for some time now, including impacted earwax. Stupidly, put my finger in my ear to itch and pushed the wax further down the canal. Booked an appointment for the same week. Becky was amazing and inspected both ears before going to work! Would highly recommend. Thoroughly professional and an outstanding job! I can now hear better than my two dogs!!

After searching online for hours for someone to see our 14 year old son, we finally found Sarah Moult from earwax.co.uk Our son had been complaining of hearing loss for a while so we took him to our local gp. Unfortunately the wait was way too long so we searched for a private medical appointment elsewhere. Sarah was friendly, welcoming, answered all our questions, made us feel comfortable and talked us through the process of removal step by step. She was fantastic and now our son can hear properly again! Would really recommend Sarah to anyone who is struggling with wax build up!
