I have been using this service for many years now and can honestly say I truly wouldn’t know what I would do without it.
I have suffered with my ears since 2010 and have had many painful experiences in the past.This has made me very nervous about having them treated.
I suffer tinnitus and have very narrow ear canals and have had many ear infections and blocked ears over the years.
Mr Karim has been amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and has given me lots of advice on products to help keep my ears infection free. He has also been the only person who has been able to successfully clear them with microsuction. I would thoroughly recommend this service for anyone of any age.

I would also like to say the receptionists are also lovely and always very helpful.

I am a returning customer to the Kings Heath branch and was amazed at how much the technology has improved since my last visit. Zoya saw me today and was lovely throughout, she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything she was doing.

It was really helpful being able to see what she was seeing on the screen, and it’s the first time I’ve ever seen the inside of my ear canal.

The pressure I had in my head has completely gone, and I feel human again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic

My ears were both blocked, after using ear oils for 2 weeks, l was still struggling to hear.

I left the hearing center in shock, and realised that l was struggling to hear for sometime, and had l not be persistent with ny health care l would not be feeling this happy.

I phoned yesterday for a home visit service and Danish visited to do the microsuction procedure today, he was amazing!

Was seen by Danish who has recently started here. I must say he is credit to this company. Polite, patient, meticulous and such a kind nature. I am very anxious and nervous about my ears, Danish made me feel at ease right from the go. He didn’t rush and took his time when I explained I would not like any drops in my ears (due to my anxiety), he was very supportive and still managed to extract all the wax using micro suction. I had a lovely experience.

I recently took an older family member to Birmingham Hearing Care for microsuction ear cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Miss Tasfiya was very good—professional, patient, and understanding, ensuring they were comfortable throughout the process. The service was efficient and thorough, and the price was competitive. I have suffered for many years with blocked ears and ear infections and always dreaded having any treatment because it was so uncomfortable.
A few years ago I discovered The Earwaxspecialist and since being looked after by Mr Karim, I have had an excellent experience on every visit. Mr Karim is extremely knowledgable and has also given me lots of advice on ear care. This has resulted in less ear infections and an overall improvement in the health of my ears.
It’s such a valuable service which I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Really easy to book appointment online for the next day, lovely clean, modern office, friendly welcome and Tahiya did a great job. She was professional, friendly and very gentle. I've never had earwax removed before and it has made such a difference. I would recommend and I would go again.

We were welcomed warmly when we arrived at the Kings Heath surgery and were seen on time. Tafsiya, the young lady carrying out the treatment was professional yet gentle in explaining the treatment to my son. She made sure he was comfortable and worked with confidence.
It was lovely to see Mr. Karim (the professional we had been receiving treatment from in the past and still remembers us!!) who stayed back until we were done to ensure we were okay:)

I have been with this clinic for ear wax removal since Covid and have always been treated very well. My present experience has been brilliant. As my hearing has started to deteriorate I spoke to Mr Kurin and we discussed hearing aids which I have tried before albiet NHS ones which I have never been able to get on with. I was able to have a free trial for a week or so to see how the private ones compared and was pleasantly surprised. Mr Kurin was incredibly patient, explaining everything he was going to do and how it works, making sure they were comfortable. There was no pressure on me to pursue these hearing aids but very glad I did. The whole experience has been extremely good and would recommend this hearing clinic to anyone suffering. The new premises in Haunch Lane is very professionally fronted by Jenny who is very helpful and pleasant. Thank you very much
