No support, lot of software problems

Absolutely superb service and I’m so glad that I bought an easee charger and not another brand. Absolutely faultless service.

I have recently had by Easee charger fitted, first time installation for the electrician who completed the work. Unfortunately it had not been registered on the Easee cloud so i could not register it on the app. A quick email to the Easee support team was all it took. I gave them the information required and within a very short time, Jack had it registered and everything was up and running. Great service and confirmed by decision to purchase from them

Fab service contacted customer service and young lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good company.

For a year, the two Easee chargers worked perfectly together in master-slave mode to share power. Until weeks ago, when suddenly one charger stopped providing power.

The result was countless exchanges with support, which took up a lot of time. The blame was repeatedly placed on me. Eventually, I discovered that the latest firmware was the cause. Easee now demands that the chargers be connected to one circuit, while my electrician refuses because legally they must each be on their own fuse and earth leakage. In short: it no longer works. Worthless passing-the-buck service.

Quick and efficient support!

I had an Easee One EV charger installed along with my solar panels almost 3 years ago but had no need to use as I did not have an electric car. Decided to buy one so was getting everything ready only to find the charger was either never or no longer connected to the network so it wouldn't work. I contacted Easee to see if they could help advise me and they did more than that, they amazed me & fixed it remotely. Dale at Easee done an amazing job, was super fast ensuring my charger was connected and ready for my new cars arrival. Even better, my installer wanted to charge me £195 call out to come and fix it so Dale saved the day in every way. Thank you Dale and Easee.

Just had my Easee one charger installed… hit our first problem the app displaying a hardware fault, we feared the unit would have to be replaced and would have no means to charge our new car from home. Thankfully Jack managed to deal with the issue remotely and got us up and running the next day so we were finally able to charge our car for the first time! Very relieved and very pleased 😁

The problem I reported was handled in a top professional manner and a fantastic follow up until the issue was resolved. Thanks a lot.

 I have been using the Easee One charger for three months.
It is a pleasure to use.
The app has many features such as weekly timer which when set means you just plug in every night or whenever you need and the car will charge according to schedule set.
I also like that I can change the kilowatts per hour
sent to the car so I can do a very slow charge at say 2kw or a quicker charge at 7kw and levels in between.
It’s also very easy to track your power usage with many features available to help this aspect.

Easse also recently introduced Dark Mode - great!

Amazing
So much good work

So far I am very impressed with the ease of setup. I was specifically looking at this charger because they have a fairly decent api which allows for some awesome automation with home automation controllers. It is also great because if and when we get solar we can easily integrate it with this charger and it wasn’t as expensive as some of the competition and still offers great features.

Abysmal intial support. A clear warranty issue was fobbed off with the claim that "installation guidelines were not fully followed."

Whilst the unit has not been without issue, I had otherwise been reasonably happy with the charger, but the recent very poor customer support experience has significantly tarnished my opinion.

Thankfully common sense won out, though it took directly contacting senior figures in the business, at which point the correct conclusion was reached.

Hopefully all will be resolved shortly.

Great customer service.
There was an issue with bringing my newly installed Easee one charger on line, so I called Easee customer service, and spoke to Nicole, who was a breath of fresh air, she was patient, as we didn’t know anything about chargers, as this was our first one. She talked me through the set up process, and called back a few times to check up on the process, it was all sorted in the end, I am very pleased I chose Easee for my charger, as I know if there is ever an issue I can rely on their customer service agents to help. Well done Easee!

Very useful

They sendt a replced unit for free, and payed the electrician bill for replacing it.

Great device, great support

Installed the device a couple years ago and it has very easy to use and configure. It developed a fault recently, and the support has been flawless, to the point of sending a new device which resolved the issue
