Excellent Support Team at Easee….
Jack (the technician) who dealt with my issues of my Easee One Chargeberry, was knowledgeable & supportive. I was confident that what I was advised would be followed up promptly (& it was)!
New Chargeberry & backplate here within 48 hrs & I’m now just waiting for it to be fitted.

They sell this equilizer as load balancer, but it just dont work as it promised. Dont expect from aesee itself that they will assist you becouse they just refuse. The equiliser says i have a to hight energy consumption at home but i just have 350Watt consumption. AESEE Justvn tells you, 'hey go on a developper site", and they just do nothing. I will be glad to share all my mails send to Aesee. This is a scandal. Canot call it otherwise, sorry
I tell you easee what your support says. Sorry but i can only read you have a too high consumption with no technical support at all! People must know they will be fooled when they buy this equiliser becouse you dont help nothing! In short people go inform you first somewhere else too, and dont buy nothing there☝️

My home charging unit stopped working. After a couple of days trying to identify the problem it appeared the unit was faulty. It was speedily replaced under warranty. Replacing it was very simple and am now back up and running.

I’ve had my Easee charger for about two years now. Recently, I started receiving notifications that the charger was overheating. I contacted customer service and was initially assisted by Jack, who was very helpful in talking me through the issue and resolving it quickly.
Unfortunately, I experienced the same issue again in July and had to reach out to customer service once more. This time, Adam (who was brilliant) arranged for a replacement charger to be sent to me in less than 24 hours and even covered the cost of my electrician to install it.
On both occasions, I received a response within 24 hours. I cannot fault this company or their charger—it works perfectly, and while manufacturing faults can occasionally happen, my experience has only reinforced my confidence in recommending Easee.
I bought a brand new Easee charger... My 3rd one.
Prepared the installation, and looked forward to set it up, and start charging, but
It didn't work...
The charger wouldn't accept serialnumber and pin provided with the charger.
Got in contact with Easee (excellent and very skilled) support. They informed me that "something" was not correct with the two numbers provided by bu Easee together with the brandnew charger.
Support offered to set ud the charger remotely for me...thanks a lot, GREAT support, and they did so.
After 2-3 days support had set up the charger remotely, and I could start using it.(and now it works perfect)
This is the second time that I have had this experience with brandnew Easee chargers....why???? This delay with a brandnew product??
I had an over heating problem with my Easee charger possibly due to changing to a new PHEV. I contacted Easee to see if they could resolve the issues. Amy contacted me by e mail and rest my charger. Amy was good at keeping in contact with me and resolved the problem quickly.
Easee are a great company to work with My charger is 4 years old but they still look after me if l have a problem.
Faulty unit replaced -nice fast response. Replaced unit but waiting far too long to activate - now 24 hours .... earlier responses have been fast but this is now costing money charging away from home.

The customer service promptly replies to the requests of support. They helped to understand better how their products (Charger+Equalizer) are working and what I have to look for.
Unfortunately my grid connection is not fully supported to get the maximum from the solar power. Hopefully this can be solved in a future release.

Outstanding customer service. Our charge box has been great, looks great & is easy to use & the app works brilliantly. Better still was the service when our box developed a fault. We’ve had it for just under 3 years without trouble but it stopped working on a Friday. I emailed through the app at 4pm & had a reply by 4:30 ( very prompt) giving clear instructions on what to do next. I sent off all the relevant photos & information & on the bank holiday Monday at 9:30 a warranty form came through ( I wasn’t expecting anything till the Tuesday), I filled that in & emailed it back. Tuesday I had confirmation of a parcel on its way and Wednesday the new charge box arrived. It was straight forward to swap & we were back up & running. Even returning the old unit was easy with a list of the local drop off points included in the parcel. All in all it couldn’t have been any quicker, easier or more simple to get our charger back up & working, simply outstanding customer service. Well done & thankyou.

We had our Easee One charger installed, and while it initially worked fine for a year or two, it began to fail unexpectedly (when my wife was heavily pregnant and we only had the 1 car - an EV). This triggered a lengthy and frustrating support process with Easee to get it replaced.
Although the team did eventually authorise a replacement charger, their rigid reimbursement policy has left us out of pocket for the electrician’s time, and we’re still waiting for a fair resolution.
Despite clear evidence that the installation took place and the faulty charger was replaced, Easee insists on seeing a formal invoice and proof of payment — even when this isn't always available or reasonable to produce, especially if the installer is unresponsive.
The whole process has been slow and unnecessarily bureaucratic. Like others, I rely on my EV charger for daily family and work life, and expected far better support from a company in this space.
They reimburse a maximum of £100 towards the cost of replacement, but it cost significantly more in the electricians time to do the work.
I have been using the Easee One charger for 13-14 months and the hardware has worked fine. Two weeks ago the charger did not work and I received the message on the app, "no car connected". For the last two weeks I have been in contact with Easee support, but no permanent fix has been found. This is seriously impacting on my personal and business circumstances as I rely on my EV to support my family and business. I have not done anything differently than I have done for the last 13-14 months, but Easee seems a little slow in helping solve the issue
