Tickets rejected after booking 6 tickets to japan. You guys are unable to provide refund status. How will customer manage rebooking when large amount stuck!!!

Scammer travel agency

Scammer travel agency! They show you cheaper price and make you book tickets which you will never get. After you paid money they are calling and saying that airline did not confirm your booking because price grew up and you have to pay extra. Which is total fraud. After this if you don’t pay they cancel your booking and you never see your money again! They will tell you refund will be done in 7-15 days… but money just disappear and customer service will ignore you. I complained to police!

Title: FRAUD: Admitted "Bait Advertising" for Student Fares

​Review: > Absolute fraud. I booked a "Student Fare" specifically for the extra 10kg baggage. After paying, they issued a standard "Saver Fare" with 0 extra baggage. When I called their support, the staff actually admitted on record that they put "Student Fare" labels just for advertising and they can't actually fulfill it. This is a deliberate bait-and-switch scam. I have the call recording and screenshots of the selection vs. the ticket. Students, stay away—they will take your money and leave you with a massive excess baggage bill at the airport. Filing a formal complaint with NCH and CCPA today.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the booking was made under Indigo Airlines policy guidelines. As per the airline’s policy, student fare benefits such as additional baggage are applicable only when the booking is made directly through the airline’s official portal. In case the booking is made through a travel agency platform, the additional baggage benefit under the student fare is not applicable.

Furthermore, the applicable baggage allowance associated with your selected fare has already been added to your booking accordingly.

Absolutely horrible and unreliable…

Absolutely horrible and unreliable service. I had booked cab 5 days in advance, because I was travelling with my elderly grandparents and my 6-year-old child and wanted a stress-free journey.
However, on the day of travel, I was shocked to learn — only after calling customer support myself — that my booking had been cancelled by the vendor TaxiBazaar associated with EaseMyTrip. What is even more disappointing is that I was never informed about this cancellation through any call, message, email, or app notification.
Despite clearly explaining my situation and the urgency, the customer support team showed no responsibility or concern. They simply kept apologising and said they could not arrange any alternative cab immediately. I even requested them to take an hour to check and provide any alternate option, but they did not even make a genuine effort to help.
If advance bookings cannot be trusted, then there is absolutely no point in using this app. The entire experience was stressful, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. The app may show attractive offers and discounts, but the service is completely unreliable when you actually need it the most.
I would strongly advise people not to depend on this app for any important travel plans unless they are prepared to face last-minute cancellations, poor communication, and zero customer support.
