Flights not showing up properly

When I booked my ticket from Delhi to Dublin the morning 9:30 AM flight from Delhi to Abu Dhabi was not being shown during my booking which was a better flight for me as compared to the one that I have currently booked which is in the early morning 4.50 am , a little awkward time. Also the fare for both is the same. Though on my earlier checks the 9:30 AM flight was always shown but when I was booking it wasn’t shown. This is making my journey a little hectic and now nothing can be done except for paying a heavy airline rescheduling charges.

Customized golden Triangle trip

Recently I have completed a golden Triangle trip, it was very good, I have customized the plan as per my choice, Rohit has made that plan and booked all things properly. Special thing is that the driver with us was very good, smart enough to visit such place with him and he fell us more safety as we travelled with family. Overall trip was very good.

Pathetic booking experience

My first and last time booking with easemytrip. Definitely booking was a pathetic experience. I booked my daughter’s tickets from Birmingham to Singapore via New Delhi and return with fare £525, as was appearing on there website. After successful booking they called and asked us to pay more £150, when we objected they immediately reduced the demand and asked to pay £80 as fare differential. We still objected on grounds that we paid as per fare appeared on website. Subsequently we said refund our full as we don’t trust them, against which they promised on phone refund in 24 hrs. Next day we followed for refund, but they rudely said we have initiated and asked to check with bank, and immediately banged the phone. Its a pathetic attitude they showed. There website issue, and I am taking pain to follow up for refund.

Absolutely DISGRACEFUL experience

Absolutely DISGRACEFUL experience with EaseMyTrip. First, they completely messed up the ticket reservation process and then had the audacity to call me demanding extra money that was never mentioned at the time of booking. I was literally being pressured into paying more, or else my reservation would otherwise be rejected. That alone is unacceptable and feels extremely unethical.

Things got even worse when I requested a refund. I was clearly told that the money would be returned within 24 hours, but when I called the next day for an update, the customer service staff behaved in an incredibly rude and disrespectful manner. Instead of helping, they spoke dismissively and eventually CUT THE CALL on me.

For a company that claims to be “professional,” the level of incompetence, poor communication, and disrespect shown to customers is shocking. This has easily been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise people to think twice before booking through easemytrip if they expect transparency, honesty, or even basic respect.
