I am terrible at IT. Callum is amazing. Needs a payrise. Patience of a saint. And very very thorough and clear instructions of him. Did not have a scooby doo how to sep up machine. He did smooth transition and is the best of British. Top man. Great company.

Megan at Worldpay was absolutely brilliant. She helped me get my card machine set up quickly and made the whole process incredibly simple. The entire call took less than five minutes, which I really appreciated as it saved me a lot of time.
She was professional, friendly, and knew exactly what she was doing. Everything was explained clearly, and I was up and running almost immediately. Excellent customer service and fantastic time efficiency. Thanks again, Megan!

From the outset, the agents were extremely helpful throughout the application process and in assisting with setting up the machine. I spoke with Callum, who was exceptionally kind and helpful, as well as Peter, who continued to follow up and provide support even while he was on leave.
The level of service and commitment demonstrated by the team was outstanding. Great work by a truly amazing team—thank you for all your support.

Really poor experience. Quoted fees. Started using the terminal and found extra miscellaneous deductions.. When I complained it was ignored.
