We hired the zefiro motorhome (6 birth) from the Wigan branch. Staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional. Just good eggs! Thank you Kelly in particular for being so patient with me when we were booking! Would highly recommend. Dave, Meg and boys 👍👌

Fantastic customer service received at the Wolverhampton Branch, Camper van was ready early for us to pick up, clean and ready to go. Great communication all the way through. Would highly recommend from start to finish and will be returning next year for another fabulous week.

Just returned our Camper-van after a great week travelling the East Coast of Scotland. Ted called a couple of days before our pick up date and offered us an extra night free… which we made full use off! Never experienced that kind of service from any hire company before. Definitely recommend and use Easicampers again. Graeme and family.

This was our second family holiday with Easicampers and to our delight we received a new Ford Zefiro 6 berth motorhome. It was in excellent condition. All the staff at the Edinburgh branch including Ted, Harry and Clare were very helpful and gave us some great tips for the booking process and driving experiences using the vehicle on our smaller Scottish roads to make it another very successful holiday. There was also flexibility about early pickup and drop off time convenient to us. We would use Easicampers again.

Picked up from Edinburgh branch where we met by Ted. Shown around camper van. All my questions were answered so there were no issues on the road. Everything worked perfectly. Had the camper van for 1week traveled round Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 wild camping. Had a great trip.

Hired a motorhome from Easicampers Wolverhampton for a trip to scotland. The whole booking process and collecting the vehicle from the Wolverhampton office was faultless On the collection and checking the vehicles the very staff were very helpful made sure we were happy with the vehicles and how everything worked. Will definitely be coming back.

We hired the Toleno 2 person motorhome from the Newbridge branch in Edinburgh . Found the process for booking ,terms and instructions were faultless with quick communication from their HQ.The company were able to change dates at short notice at no extra cost. With regards to pricing , I feel this is very competative and terms are transparent with no 'hidden' issues. The pick up was easy and instructive where staff are friendly and helpful with plenty of advice and tips. Ted is the family manager from the branch who was very flexible with regards to pick up and drop off where it was refreshing to have a customer-first approach. The vehicle was brand new and spotless on pick up which gave a very comfortable stay for 7 days on Mull and Skye. We are already planning another booking and have already recommended easicampers to friends and family.

The great pricing “CON” - if you work on any permutation hire of 7 days I.e. 7, 14, 21 etc the price increases on the 7th day of hire. So my suggestion is either hire the vehicle for 6 nights or 8 nights, 13 nights or 15 nights so not to be tricked into paying more.
Work it out on there website it’s quite simple as once dates have been inserted you can just alter the amount of nights. I questioned it by email and the response was the longer you hire it the cheaper it is - believe me this is still a “CON” as it is simply not the case if you hire a 6 berth Zafiro for 7 nights in July starting 17th the cost is £1550 if you hire it for 6 nights it is £1222.02 meaning for your 7 th night you have paid £327.98. If you then change it to 8 nights the cost is £1714.32 so the cost for the 8th night is £ 164.32 - it works out back to the normal daily hire. Most people will hire in units of 7, 14 or 21 days my suggestion is DO NOT as you are paying more thus being “conned”. They clearly deny this but check it out for yourself and it is proof.

Hired a VW California for two weeks. Had a great time travelling through Orkney with it. Lovely snug van with everything you need to have a fab time in the great outdoors

Hired a VW Ocean from the Edinburgh branch for 10 days. Couldn’t be happier with the service and van - a real family feel to the company who kindly picked us up and dropped us back to the tram station. Met by Ted at the branch who was really warm and fun - gave us some great tips and made us feel really welcome! The van was perfect, no issues and suited our needs for the trip. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again. Thanks guys!

Hired a VW California from the Edinburgh depot.. to go for a weeks trip following the NC 500.. the staff in Edinburgh where 1st class.. easy process to hire and the van was a great size and spec for everything I needed.. would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

The team at Wolverhampton are so helpful and really accommodating. The motorhome we hired for 5 days was immaculate and fully kitted with everything we needed for our lovely family break.
Only complaint, wished we had hired it for longer.

Hired the VW California to visit the Mull of Kintyre. Absolutely loved it. Took the bikes up as well and just went exploring. The VW was well suited for going alone small narrow Scottish roads. Its very easy to drive this campervan as well and fuel efficiency is really good as well. The VW from these guys is a genuine California as well and not just a kit one, so I was impressed by that. I would recommend this company and the California to anyone wanting to do some proper exploring of Scotland. The staff are really friendly people and helped me enjoy my holiday

Wolverhampton Branch - Check Your Campervan Before Leaving!
I had to sign an agreement that I'd be fined £200 for not emptying/cleaning the toilette cassette. This was my complaint that has not been resolved;
1) Toilet Cassette - After minimal use I emptied it as a precaution at the first opportunity, as it had been smelly and appeared full. Upon emptying, there was a horrible green mess inside with a lot of solids that took some removing and smelt horrible. I don’t believe the cassette had been emptied since the vehicles previous use before lockdown.
2) Fridge door – After 2 days it remained locked and the release button did not function. The only way to open the door was to physically lift the door from the bottom edge while pressing the release. This was not an easy action and my wife could not open it.
3) Toilet door did not remain latched while driving and had to be held closed with a bungee cord.
4) Hob – Main burner control would fall off and did not show if tap was open or closed. I had to turn at the spindle to ensure it was off.
5) Gas Supply – At the time of collection, a single LED showed that the tank was empty. I was assured that it had a reasonable amount in the integrated tank but after only using the hob to boil the kettle for tea (no cooking), it ran out after 3 days. Possibly it had emptied due to the knob problem (4).
6) Sink – no plug.
I have used rental vans on 12 occasions and do not have an unrealistic expectation but this was by far the most poorly prepared and maintained RV.

I hired a VW California in Summer 2020, for a week's adventure in North Scotland with my 9 year old, and my Dad tagged along in his Land Rover! So a 3 generations Scottish Road-Trip Adventure, visiting long-loved Perthshire & Highlands beauty spots. The whole team at Easicampers Wigan were really brilliant to deal with, and the whole process was seamless and very friendly. Kellie was a great help in organising everything, and even helped me to try to locate a missing Whinne the Pooh Bear teddy bear my boy had since he was a baby, that he must have left somewhere on our adventures up North (it didn't turn up in the Camper in the end unfortunately - tip - get a GPS chip for your little ones important teddies!)

I am very much looking forwards to planning another Camper hire with Easicampers in Wigan this year also. I cannot recommend the team at Easicampers more highly. Campervan holidaying is ace, go book it with them! ;-)

Top notch experience hiring a VW California campervan from Easicampers. Well equipped campervan, spotlessly clean. Friendly and efficient staff at Wigan and Manchester depots. Faultless 2000 mile trip around the NC500. Well done to all at Easicampers.

Just bought a motor home from EasiCampers Blackburn. Margot, branch manager, is an absolute delight to deal with. Fabulous communication, videos of all work done. Easy process. Would definitely buy again from EasiCampers . Totally recommend these guys

I have used Easicampers twice (newbie to Motorhomes due to Covid and my limit to travel abroad), and have a third booking confirmed for the Summer. I am not one to write reviews often, but am compelled this time because this company truly deserves it. Moreover, with Easicampers being a family business I would like to do everything I can to support them. From the first time I booked was during the second lockdown (when I could travel in the Highlands) I knew I made the right choice when Ted and the Edinburgh team went above an beyond to ensure I was comfortable, enjoying myself and dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction. I initially booked this trip for 10 days and ended up keeping the motorhome (Zefiro) for 5 weeks. I write this review from Cumbria on my way to Scotland for 4 weeks when the border opens on Monday. This time, I got the motorhome from Wolverhampton. Again Ted has been great, as with Sam, the local representative and Lisa who I just got off the phone with to try and work out the electric hookup for my home on wheels for sometime to come. This time I opted for the Autotrail which is lovely and I have booked for 3 weeks with no hesitation as I know Easicampers are awesome and reliable to deal with. Ted and the team, keep up the good work and keep taking my money! An emotional review because I have fallen in love with motorhome TBH - to be more objective - new and well looked after motorhomes, they are always available on the phone, they give a great handover for newbies like me, they are competitive, they give you lots of tips to enjoy your trip.

We had a VW California from Easicampers in summer 2020 which we used to do the NC500 and Skye. The camper was spotlessly clean and really well equipped with everything we could have needed on the trip. We are already looking to book again with Easicampers to explore more of Scotland!
