We're recently back from a week in a motorhome - our first time camping in one! We hired a 6 berth from Easicampers (Wigan) and it was exactly as described. It was very clean and well equipped too. The whole team were very helpful, professional and friendly. Barry took us through every aspect of the home before we left, and gave us a thorough and useful tour of the vehicle. We had a brilliant holiday touring Scotland and would definitely recommend Easicampers! Thank you!

Due to circumstances at this moment we where not able to collect our campervan but I must say the staff at easicampers could not off been more than helpful they have gone way beyond helpful. I must thank there fantastic staff for the understanding and for being so helpful. I would recommend this company and there staff for being caring helpful and so courteous. I honestly believe they deserve 5 stars and would always reccomend them to everyone.

We were absolutely delighted everything on board we could possibly need.even our dog was allowed. The van drove really well and it was a very comfy ride.from hiring to the finish of our break was dealt with very professionally and in a friendly manner.would highly recommend easycampers.thank you.

Do not use this company. I enquired about booking the use of a campervan to go to my fathers funeral, in England.
We decided on the campervan and was told I would receive a call the following day with the price.
The phone call did not come, so I had to phone them back. I was told it was too many miles round trip. Dunfermline to Essex.
Their website clearly states unlimited UK miles. 800 approx. Absolutely joke of a company.

We had a fantastic experience with Easicampers Manchester, and would highly recommend their van/motorhome rental service.

Straightforward to book our motorhome online - we did so just a couple of weeks before our trip and paid upfront in full. The descriptions/inventories of the vehicles are very detailed and informative, alongside 360 degree images of the interiors, really helping us to make our choice of motorhome (much appreciated, as we are campervan novices!) The company even phoned us prior to the pick-up to run through the details and give us additional guidance. There's also a wealth of information on the website about operating the utilities in the motorhomes, troubleshooting any issues, and even where to take your camper on an adventure!

We went for the 2 berth Fiat Toleno, which was absolutely perfect for just the two of us on a short weekend trip - though we would have been comfortable in it for a week-long trip. The Toleno had everything we could have needed - comfy double bed, which could be disassembled into benches either side of a small table; fridge, gas hobs for cooking; kitchen sink for the washing up; toilet (and hidden wash basin) and shower! Of course it is all quite compact inside the motorhome, but all very functional and ingenious how it's all arranged for the best use of space. And still plenty of room for two people to move around in, without treading on each others' toes!

The console for controlling the water and central heating, gas and electricity is easy to get to grips with and very user-friendly. We didn't have any issues with any of the utilities - indeed the gas seems to go a long way and the heating very quickly warms up the van. This was much appreciated as our weekend away was in winter and even then, the weather was not on our side! We were nevertheless cosy and comfortable in the Toleno, and slept very well indeed! My partner did all the driving, but he was happy with how it handled, even when throwing it around little Welsh coastal roads and hilltops!

The Manchester depot is located just a short bus journey from our house, which is very convenient. They were fairly flexible with our collection time, and then even collected the van from our home on the last day of our rental - saving us the trip/bus back from the depot. The team member who met us on the collection day was a top bloke. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the motorhome, and gave us a thorough tour around and introduction to the vehicle, answering any questions we had. The motorhome was in excellent condition, clean and modern. We were altogether very pleased with the service we received from Easicampers Manchester and will most definitely be using them again in the future!

We hired a new motorhome from Easicampers at Edinburgh and dropped it off at their Manchester airport branch. We had a marvelous experience in a brand new motorhome . Ted was brilliant and looked after us when we messed up on the fridge controls. It is complicated sometimes to understand how everything works in a big motorhome but now we are used to it. Would recommend and we will do same next year.

We had a really poor experience with EasiCampers and I would not recommend them. Have good look across the internet for a number of bad reviews about the company.
Our van broke down, which I could understand as these things happen. However, the volatile character we dealt with blamed us for the breakdown, threatened with the costs of fixing it and pretty much abandoned to make our way back in the breakdown truck, with the van on the back. This was day two and we never saw any sort of refund, despite chasing.
I would take them to court but the costs involved in chasing them through this antiquated process would out weigh any type of settlement.

Hired a 2 person motorhome for 6 days in September - never hired camper before. Excellent service, were really personal and helpful. Picked up in Wigan, friendly and detailed introduction. Called to check all ok, no problems at all with well equipped motorhome.

We dropped off the van just before closing a day early and they were really flexible.

Would/will use again with no concerns.

On their website they said there is a campervan available. To proceed with booking I had to enter my bank card details as was immediately charged more than 1000 pounds. They've sent email saying they will confirm booking.
Next morning I received denial as they did not have cars available. They initiated refund.
Why would you charge full price if there is a high chance not to have a reservation.
I hope I will get my money back

No issues, everything was as agreed. Nice people, great van (18 plate VW California). Had a good time trying out the Cali for a weekend to see if I would like to purchase one.

Delivered it to my house crossing the Lancashire Border from Blackburn into West Yorkshire (at a cost which admittedly could be a little cheaper but not so unreasonable and I agreed it upfront) but otherwise I’m a happy camper, highly recommended! Nice to make a brew on the road!

There’s quite a handover as there’s a lot to talk about on the California and to ensure you don’t break anything. It’s worth seeing some videos about the Cali before hiring as it will help you understand more about them and get more out of your time with it, quite a lot to learn/remember.
