Huge range of products with good stock levels, great if you require anything that is a non standard size.

I’ve been dealing with Eastbrook for a while now and honestly, they’ve been a pleasure to work with. The products are always great quality, with a lovely range to suit different styles and budgets – really easy to recommend to customers.

Excellent service, competitive pricing and quality products

Eastbrook have a fantastic range of products that i use on a regular basis with high stock levels too so deliveries are always prompt.
They have a vast selection of radiators which is my go to on every job i quote.
Their own range of baths are beautiful and plenty of sizes, also they are top quality and far exceed others on the market both in availability, sizing and price.
The Rep is fantastic , She always goes above and beyond to make the smoothest experience and also helps with any issues as best she can.
The portal is a excellent tool to use and is always a smooth transition.
Definitely recommend, Fantastic all round.

when we place an order we are supposed to get a pro forma. This is taking to long and i usually have to chase it. Once payment is made we send copy of the payment to the accounts department. We get no notification to say delivery has been dispatched or when i should expect to receive it. the last few orders I have had to chase because they were never dispatched. One of the orders arrived three weeks after payment was made and took several phone calls every day for nearly two weeks
