Excellent, prompt, professional service.
Paul Turner (Principal Broker) has over 25yrs experience..... very easy to deal with, great communicator and will guide you every step of the way through the process.
Granted ECM are not the cheapest broker out there but in my opinion you get what you pay for.
As a newly formed Ltd company, having Paul onboard, providing no nonsense, quality advice saved me alot of time, money, effort and ultimately sourced the right finacial product for the business to secure/purchase its first property.
Will be definately calling upon Paul's services again in future without hesitation and would definately recommend you consider giving ECM a call to discuss your requirements.

Paul at East Cheshire mortgages was amazing , I’d been having some issues with getting a mortgage and a good rate. I contacted Paul and he had me an offer within a few hours and the mortgage was all sorted within a few days with a good rate . I will definitely be recommending him and using him again. A Positive reply from the outset and I was offered a mortgage from a Lender that I would not have found looking myself
There was always someone at the end of the phone and replies to emails and queries were dealt with quickly
The whole process was easy and quick and enabled the purchase of my forever home

Can’t thank Paul enough
Can’t thank Paul enough, my case was difficult due to a number of reasons but Paul secured me a mortgage at a fair rate with a reasonable deposit.
What I came to Realise it’s key to have contacts at the lenders that you can pick up the phone and speak to a decision maker. Paul has these contacts and that is in effect the difference between getting a mortgage and not getting a mortgage.
