Additional processing time that is not mentioned anywhere
We ordered an item online 5/4/20 for about $36. We paid an additional $21 to have it delivered “Overnight”. On 5/7 it still had not shipped. When I emailed to inquire, I was told that there’s an additional 1-2 day processing (which is not stated anywhere on their site). It was finally delivered on 5/12 (8 days after ordering). I emailed them a few times to request a refund of the extra shipping and they refused saying that it was delivered on time. No, it wasn’t. I understand that there may be additional processing time, especially during the Covid19 time, but it should be stated and Overnight delivery should not be offered if it isn’t an actual option.

SCAM
SCAM. Don’t but here I ordered something and called right after it and got the information it will be send the same day and since I ordered it overnight I should have it by Friday or Saturday at least Monday ....now it’s supposed to be Wednesday and I paid extra for overnight. The customer service was the worst the blamed it on me. Never again!!!

This place is a scam, do not place orders with them. I placed an order and paid the extra to get my package in 2 business days and it's now been 7 and I still do not have a conformation number through FedEx to find it.
Total BS company. Oh and the review on their site is also fake.

I would not advise anyone to place an order with East Coast hardware through Walmart. I ordered an item from them and after one week they canceled my order without explanation. I could have ordered the item from another vendor and now the particular item is out of stock everywhere! Given their reviews online, it seems that many other customers have had bad experiences with this company. I am surprised and disappointed that WALMART would affiliate themselves with such a company. Steer clear exclamation !
