Charlie came to investigate a noise in our loft, he was very polite and explained everything, checked all the possible entry points and gave us some advice. Excellent job and very professional in fitting solar panel bird protection devices, Terry and Dave worked well together using safety features taking into account health and safety for both our property and themselves at all times, their cherry picker worked wonders getting to difficult areas a great bit of kit, vans and equipment clean and tidy. Quality of products used top notch. Would have no issue recommending them to anyone.

Had a problem with pigeons under solar panels. Terry very helpful, efficient and speedy and added skirting. problem solved !

Have used the services of Terry and Charlie a few times over the last 20 years from moles to cluster flies and most recently wasps We live in the countryside so we may be a bit more prone to pests. They respond quickly, communicate well and always do a great job without the issue resurfacing. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use their services should the need arise again.

A wasps' nest under the roof was beginning to break through the ceiling plaster, threatening to flood the house with wasps. We called Eastern Counties late afternoon, they were there the next day. Charles was skilful, efficient, and polite: working from outside using a telescopic pole, he eliminated the nest within 20mins, and the problem was sorted. No mess, no fuss. Superb service.
